The receptionist at the desk (Hope I believe was her name) was immediately very rude and impatient with me as I walked in. I had an appointment and needed to talk with the tax professional about my file and she was insisting that she pull up my taxes and when I told her no she began to argue with me. read more

I wish I could give zero stars! Unprofessional, and rude. We scheduled an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. While two "walk ins" came in and we were bumped. Our appointment was at 1 pm. At 1:15 I asked what was going on, receptionist said 10 more minutes. We told her to just cancel it, and we left. We have 6 kids and had to pay for a babysitter. Beware of this place. I usually go to H&R Block in Bellingham because the person who does our tax suddenly retired they suggested to go to this branch. Like the other reviewer I wish I could give zero star instead. From the day I walked in to this place it has been a horrible experience. The person who did our tax was very friendly, but very disorganize. I would have lost $15,000 total if I did not took incentive to double check their work and talk to other accounting company to confirm that they made a mistake with my return. I was told I owed IRS $12,000, but instead I should have gotten a refund of $3,000. I had to file an amendment with a different accounting office to get everything right. I have filed a case with H&R Block 2 weeks ago and so far I have not heard from anyone. I keep calling for the status and they keep escalating my case. I have been using H&R Block for many years...it ends this year. read more
