State of CA states I must get paid within 72 hrs of my resignation if not the employer must pay me "waiting time penalty fees", I talked to their manager Kim and she stated she didn't know and I would have to call HR corporate office in West Covina. I called their corporate office and spoked to Erica Zuniga (HR) and asked about my wages and penalty fees. Erica said, she didn't know and she would have to contact her CFO, which is really unprofessional! How can you be HR and not know your laws?? Erica even said to contact the labor board, so much for someone to represent her company! What do they want a law suit?? P.S. this company refuses to pay CA penalty fees! Will report to labor board.
