The interviewing process was made easy and based on my time with Haley help. I went on two interviews and I got the job. I owe Ultimate Staffing (Roth) & Haley a huge thank you, because of their help and guidance, I got the perfect job for me. Thank you Ultimate Staffing & Haley you are amazing. Tonia

I submitted my application and resume here a week ago. After receiving a voicemail from Vanessa…read moreabout potential job opportunities that matched my skill set, I was disappointed to learn the next day that I did not qualify for any of the positions. Vanessa advised me to explore job openings on platforms like Indeed and Monster. However, I noticed that a job was posted on Indeed that I qualified for, and it seemed that they were withholding this information on purpose. This feels like employment discrimination. I have four business degrees and possess the skills and experience required for the recently posted jobs on Indeed, which only require a high school diploma. I currently work in an office with similar daily tasks to many of the positions listed this week. It feels unprofessional to receive a call about jobs I qualify for, only to be told the next day that they must have contacted the wrong person. They keep insisting that work is slow and that they cater only to a niche job market, yet they continue to post jobs that I am qualified for multiple times this week.

Heard about AppleOne through my mom as she found her long term career within the government sector…read more10+ years ago with AppleOne Agent, Armina! After graduating college, it was pretty difficult finding a corporate job outside my normal food-retail stores. Most/some jobs on indeed, zip-recruiter, LinkedIn we're all SCAMS (I've had my fair share of these UGH), so it was definitely discouraging. I felt stuck and hopeless. My mom noticed and mentioned she'd reach out to her Agent. Luckily, Armina was still there! When I met Armina, I felt relief. She was super understanding, listened to what kind of job I wanted, made sure to over communicate and it was awesome! In such a short amount of time (maybe 2-3 weeks) she was able to find me a temp position I wanted within the government. I am fortunate to say I have been fully hired within the government! I genuinely believe I wouldn't be where I am at without Arminas guidance. Thank you so much, Armina! Also, Alison was super helpful too! Any questions I had (about anything) she made sure to address it efficiently. You could tell she cared about her crew! Thank you, Alison!!

The interview left me feeling that Armina was going to do her best to find a job that would meet my needs and be a perfect fit. Armina is definitely an asset to the AppleOne Employment Agency. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you end up using Michelle, it will ruin all other agencies for you…read more I am a professional career nanny. I have over seven years of nannying experience, five years of teaching experience, and more. I have a B/S in childhood development as well as my MAT. When I began my search for a nanny-family in LA, I did my due diligence by shopping around looking at multiple agencies. I found that Michelle had the TOP RATED AGENCY ON MULTIPLE SITES and wanted to take a closer look. I read through every. single. review. I thought to myself, "Really? Every single person had a positive experience with this agency? That's just not statistically possible if she's really working with this many people..." I decided to set up a meeting. I drove to her office where we met to discuss particulars (what I'm looking for, what families are in the market for a nanny right now, what ages/salary/commute/hours I'm looking for) and the moment she opened the door and greeted me with a giant smile and her upbeat, positive attitude, I felt like just working with HER was my perfect placement! Once we started the process, Michelle was completely professional while also refreshingly honest and realistic in her suggestions. She really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for and she only suggested me to families that she knew had the potential to be a "love match!" After looking at a few potential matches, Michelle called me to tell me that she had "found my family!" She said, "This is the one. Please go for an interview and see for yourself." So I did. This is the part of the review where I'm going to get annoyingly emotional. Not only did the family and I immediately "click," but Michelle had made sure that all of our stats were in alignment. The age range, schedule, amount of hours, commuting time, pay rate, expectations and needs happened to all align with what I was looking for. It was LITERALLY the PERFECT PLACEMENT!!!! Coincidence? I think not. Michelle is highly intelligent, professional, personable, understanding, diligent, experienced, communicative, and pleasantly charismatic and I owe my job satisfaction directly to her. Now that I think about it, maybe I should send over a bottle of wine. Thank you, Michelle, for just being so incredibly good at what you do. As I mentioned earlier, when I started this process, I read through every one of your (5 star) reviews and thought, "There's just no way every single review can be five stars..." and now here I am adding one more.

It seemed like I had landed a few dream jobs only for it to slip away from me. Really trying times. Then I met Michelle! This brings a smile to my face. Meeting with her felt like chatting with a friend. I realized after that this is her skill. She loves people and wants to represent both the families and the nannies. It was a slow period and she didn't have any job opportunities at the time when I signed up with her agency, the perfect placement. After being on the hunt for my top nanny job with a kind family for many months and it wasn't happening I was getting ready to move out of state. I mentioned to Michelle that I'm no longer looking for a position as it doesn't seem like it's going to happen. Michelle didn't give up on me. She called me with 2 opportunities. I went on both interviews and was called back to do a trial for the one that I wanted !! Yay !! Then Michelle negotiated some time off that I needed to take care of a health issue. The family was so wonderful they waited for me ! All I can say everything lined up perfectly. Michelle will always return your call in a timely manner and she always checks in to see how you're doing. I thank God I met Michelle !

At first when I saw the reviews, I was surprised but I didn't think anything of it because I always…read moregive the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong way way wrong. I made an appointment with a man named Omar over the phone who was an executive assistant (which is pointless because it's first come first serve there). So I show up at my appointed time and as soon as I walked in, I was looked at by both the staffing agents and wasn't spoken to at all so I just sat down bc I thought that maybe I would get called since I had shown up slightly early. I then got up and went to ask them about my appointment because it was already 6 past my appointed time. It already seemed like they were annoyed and expected me to know what to do so she said nothing to me while just handing me the clipboard except "if you have a question then ask." I still think nothing of it because I'm very introverted but when I had asked a question about the application she said "Yes obviously that's what it means." So I think okay that was kind of rude and as other women and I are trying to finish our application they loudly begin to speak about "how [staffing agents son] my son looks exactly like his father but I love my son so much" normally this would not matter but it was being said AS ONE OF THE WOMEN IS STANDING THERE WAITING FOR THEM TO ACKNOWLEDGE HER. She then says excuse me in Spanish to which one of the agents sighed loudly and asked what she needed. After I finished applying, I gave them my information and she asked me about a job in Ontario. I told her politely Ontario was way too far for me but I'm willing to wait for anything in Riverside, chino, or corona. I was ten interrupted bc the other agent wanted to discuss work drama while I was in the middle of being helped. When I then butted in bc I wasn't being helped. She rolled her eyes at me said "well we have nothing for you then. I'll see if the place in corona is hiring and within an hour you should receive a call from me". So I went home and waited and waited. I never got a call. This was June 17th I was given an email by a man name Omar who is the executive agent who followed up on me as to whether I made it to the appointment I had made. I responded to him with "yes I did however I was never called back". He said he would look into it and the next day I receive a call from the agent who helped me. THIS WAS JUNE 30TH. IT TOOK HER TWO WEEKS TO EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE FACT THAT SHE NEVER CALLED ME ABOUT THE JOB SHE SAID SHE WOULD. She only called me because I had essentially "told" on her. I told her 4 times that I was nowhere near interested in 3rd shift and she kept offering it to me. She said she had a job ready for me to start the next day so I excitedly accept. NOT TO MENTION SHE CALLED ME ABOUT FOUR TIMES to tell me almost the same thing every time!! The job was postponed and it started next week. I was okay with waiting and so she said she would email the information on the job and SHE NEVER DID. So I ended up finding a job on MY own rather than Fairway Staffing. IF YOU DIDNT READ THIS, TO SUM UP, the staffing agents are extremely rude, are terrible at their jobs, and honestly you're just better off with another agency or applying on your own. Try Team Quest Staffing or People Ready they find you jobs a lot faster than this one
