The interview process was professional, but I was disappointed to learn after multiple rounds that Spanish fluency was a key deciding factor. This requirement was not communicated upfront, and knowing it earlier would have helped set clearer expectations for everyone involved. Transparency around core qualifications would improve the candidate experience. Yes, this actually happened. The PSG-OC group are a bunch of money grabbers. They will break contract, make excuses and then spin it around on you, as their "client".... who is somehow at fault? -ultimately taking our money and then ghosting us??? 100% lack of accountability!! This is not who you want when you are vetting for a partner to build your team. Finding out further, their team comprises of family members & friends, who has no experience in industries they are recruiter for!
