It was clear they did not want to work over the week surrounding Memorial Day, and now we are stuck scrambling with not enough time to find another option. The owner personally worked with me to get the order placed and all gift baskets were delivered the first week of January. The baskets were gorgeous and the food and wine carefully selected. My wife and I are expecting our first child and Gift and Gather had a really cute selection of onesies, bibs, small dolls, etc. When we entered the store, we were quickly greeted and welcomed into the store. Parking was easy and they had street parking right out front. Aside from cute baby stuff, they also had handmade/locally sourced soaps, gifts, shirts, etc. They had some items featuring dogs and things like that. They had a selection of fine tea and also really nice shaving/razor sets for men. Some really great gift ideas. As we finished up our visit and checked out the lady made some nice lunch suggestions, other stores she liked, and events coming up in Occoquan. She also did a really nice job of wrapping our purchase and tissue paper and a nice bag --a huge plus if you're shopping for a gift.
