So I find a new in network dentist and then Roberta (office staff) texts me the following as seen in the texts "Hi Melody, I just received a request to forward your dental x-rays. We ask that the balance be taken care of and x-rays can then be forwarded. Thank you." To clarify I ask her if they will withhold my medical records, preventing my dental care, until I pay for something that I was told would be covered. In addition to this review I will be notifying the dental board of their scam practices. Please beware of this office unless you want to be nickel and dimed, pushed to have unnecessary procedures and then have your medical records withheld!!!!

Dr. Hiroshige is the dentist to go to in Gardena and the South Bay!!!!!! Parking is super convenient and he has all the latest technology. The XRay tech was super nice and made sure I was comfortable with my X Rays. They took both an XRay and a 3D photo of my bite. Luckily I had no cavities but i needed a very deep cleaning! Dr. Grace worked on my teeth for a good hour. She took her time and was plugging that tartar away from my teeth. Im so grateful for her and her expertise! However, Dr Eng noticed everything just by looking at my teeth. He also understands Japanese too ! I went in to fix a cavity, and I am so satisfied with the filling on my right front tooth because I can not tell that I have a filling. It looks super natural. In addition, he cleaned some brown spots off my teeth, which my dentist in Japan told me he would not be able to remove. Super happy !! Not only Dr Eng but also all staff members were friendly! They comforted me, and I really enjoyed being there !! Above all, I did not feel pain at all during my procedure!! Last, Dr Eng tries to provide a patient with the perfect amount of anesthetic needed for a procedure, so that anesthetic doesn't stay long after he is finished.
