I call on a Thursday trying to get an appointment for the next week, she squeezes me in on Sunday afternoon. For me, there are two things that define a good facial. 1) Thorough extractions with no scarring, and 2) the therapist doesn't leave the room for extended periods of time while you steam or have a mask. The first time I went in, Anna probably spent 30-40 minutes doing extractions after a thorough steam. Plus, she massaged my hands and shoulders while I was steaming or letting my mask dry. My face looked great. I have since been back for another facial and a microdermabrasion. The microderm did not cut my skin, and was glowing for days afterwards. If you missed the groupon, there's a pretty good chance she'll let you come in for your first appointment at the groupon price. The facility: is essentially in an office building, so don't expect a full spa with locker room and tea. If you want a lazy spa, spoilation day, this isn't your spot. If what you really want is your skin to be taken care of, then come see Anna. She can be a talker, so if you want silence during your treatment, make sure to let her know ahead of time.

I showed up to my appointment right on time tonight and she wasn't there. When I sent her the screenshots confirming the appointment was tonight she offered me 5% off a $50 treatment...so $2.5 off. While still sick. She has also cut our last few appointments short by around 10 minutes. Meaning they ended 10 minutes early. I think Cassie should just close up shop at this point. She clearly doesn't care about her customers anymore and clearly doesn't want to be there.

If you want to see results on your skin, there is absolutely no one else to go to but Amy. I've…read morenever had a more professional and knowledgeable esthetician than Amy. She starts the experience before you even walk through the door by asking about your skin, your health background, allergies, etc... and really uses all of that information to tailor a facial that is right for you and your skin type. I've always had bad acne/flare ups that had left my face in a constant state of redness. Through a few sessions with Amy, I can tell she has repaired my skin and the redness is gradually fading away to reveal a really clear complexion. The price may seem high, but she spends several hours with her clients... don't even bother with going to one of the hotel spas, those are never results oriented. She follows up for days after the facial as well to really understand how your skin reacts and takes the treatments. Plus, she treats the decolletage area as well! Of course, she ends the experience with an amazing hand/shoulder/head massage. I can't say enough amazing things about Amy, but maybe one of the only facial specialists in the area that really knows what she is doing!

I've been to dermatologists, other laser spas, and Amy is the first person who is taking a holistic approach. She has been so amazing with her time, looking at all of the supplements I'm taking, asking about the food I'm eating, looking at all of the topicals the derm put me on and all of the other skincare products I was using. She has made recommendations on all of the above, including changes she thinks I need to make. I can tell it's all making a difference, and my skin feels so much better now that I'm using the products she has recommended and have gotten off the harsh topicals my derm prescribed that weren't working and were only making my skin itchy, dry, and still not cleared up. Bonus the products she has are clean and EU certified so I feel really good using them. My skin is feeling so much healthier. I've had one Aerolase Neo Elite laser treatment so far and it was a great experience. Amy really took her time working on my face, it was like night and day from the past laser experiences I had.
