Because it has the best coffee in Oak Bay. The shop is well designed. Staff is friendly. My dog and I sit outside where there are quite a few tables and chairs. It tasted more like steamed milk with a hint of earl grey. That being said, despite not enjoying it I still finished my drink only to recieve the end of it with sugar and syrup mixings that didn't get stirred up.
