I have to say that after all these decades to see what my slightly crooked teeth on the lower jaw turned out to be along with how much easier flossing is with everything aligned, is nothing short of remarkable for me. Slowly over time the misalignment happened, and I never thought it was possible to correct them; just thought it was part of aging. It was an easy process and the team at AWFD was terrific every step of the way. If I can do this at 62, you can, too! They like to "estimate" and have you sign that paper even before sending it off to insurance company. My mother has been going to them for years, I needed a root canal and crown she offered to pay what my insurance wouldn't and when going in they wouldn't send me home with a bill for my mom to see they demanded her to pay it before I could even leave then had enough nerve to say they will no longer serve us. Do not recommend. Horribly customer care in difficult money situations.

When it was my time to enter the back of the practice for my appointment the nurse was also welcoming and kind. She was gentle and knowledgeable and when the doctor showed up she was very polite and thorough in her explanation of my options. I was a bit overwhelmed and allowed my emotions to get the better of me (I have anxiety about dentist visits) and she was so patient. She expressed empathy and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed. They put together several written options for my treatment and assured me that they would work with me every step of the way to ensure my satisfaction with the outcome. Multiple times I was asked if I had questions and they expressed a willingness to help in anyway they could. I moved on to get my cleaning from the hygienist. She was also polite and walked me through the process. She was gentle and took her time to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the process. Overall, this was certainly one of the best experiences I've had. I truly appreciate everyone's amazing customer service and professionalism.
