We realized that we had…read morean inoperable sliding glass door handle just a few days before our home was going on the market for sale. I tried a few glass shops and no one had any technician available for weeks. I called Dotto Glass and the owner Keith just happened to answer my call. I explained my situation and he said he would personally help us out because he had no one else. So he came to inspect the problem which needed a creative "work around" to make the door handle functional without a big expense and to get it ready for 2 days from now. He completed the solution and now we are ready to go. He was so helpful, so friendly and the service was beyond generous as I am sure that he does not usually do service calls. It's nice to know that taking care of a customer still really matters to some businesses. Great job Dotto Glass!
