I thought this may be normal because it's brand new and that they will eventually stop coming out. They did not. I've had it for about three months and the feathers continue to come out. I washed it once according to the washing instructions in hopes this would solve the problem but it didn't. I contacted their customer service three times and they never responded. I went on their chat option on their website and expressed my concerns with the jacket. They were most unhelpful. They told me that I need to take it to an Eddie Bauer store but there isn't one anywhere near where I live. I purchased it online not at a store. They said it's been over 60 days since I purchased it so there is nothing they can do. I told them I have been trying to get in contact with them for weeks but nobody responded. They couldn't care less and said the best they could do is offer me 20% off which was about $12. What a joke. This jacket is obviously defective but they wouldn't do anything else for me. Their products are terrible quality, overpriced and they have horrible customer service. Don't order anything from them because you will be disappointed.

Over the last 10 years I've used them to replace soles on boots, replace batteries in watches, and repair various shoes. Today I picked up an old Gucci purse passed down from my Grandma that was in need of two strips of leather to hold down the handle. The purse is badly stained (but well-loved) so I was surprised to see that the shop had distressed the new pieces of leather to try and match the condition of the purse.
