The communication leading up to the move-in cleaning was good but the response afterwards in regards to the cleaning services that i paid was frankly unacceptable by any reputable standards of doing good business. The cleaning service was 185.00 I paid 225.00 (cash) with a good faith tip included. I was unable to be present during the window they agreed to come clean so i left the payment in a white envelope on the kitchen island counter. However, as you can see from the pictures below which are just some of the many i took show that no cleaning was done in my apartment hence i reached out to "Ben" who had been my point of contact up until this point. Consequently, I have not heard back from Ben since with a proper response raised by me in regards to the cleaning services provided and monies that was paid to AllyMaids company for a service that was not obviously not even attempted. I did report them to my apartment leasing office as a company that should not be included in new tenant referral packets as services available in the area. They said that they will remove them from the Welcome folder. Hopefully, this will help any new future tenants in my apartment complex not get scammed by this company.

Unfortunately, the last cleaning was completely different. A new cleaner arrived with the owner, and that's where the problems began. As usual, I left the house while they worked, trusting them because past cleanings had always been incredible. When I returned, I was shocked--dust was everywhere, the trash wasn't taken out, the shower hadn't been cleaned, and the upstairs floors were not properly mopped. Overall, the house looked dirty and the work was very sloppy. I had referred several clients to them, many of whom are on recurring cleanings, but after this experience I immediately reached out with pictures and asked to cancel future services. I never received a response. I followed up again--still nothing. The lack of accountability and communication is extremely disappointing. After being such a strong supporter of this company, I can no longer recommend them.
