Scheduling was easy. Any and all questions were answered promptly. And then the actual cleaning was outstanding. The 2 gentlemen who came to our home - Kinglsley and Chad - were simply exceptional. It was clear that they take pride in the job they do. If I could give this company a 10-star rating, I would certainly do that!!! Thank you!!!

Sergio did a spectacular job in my kitchen, and meticulously cleaned the oven, sink, appliances, etc which had been neglected for several months after a difficult pregnancy, life with a newborn, and lots of family guests. Mickey did an excellent job in our bathrooms and I was very satisfied.   They were not able to finish the entire house in the alloted time, but hit all my pain points very well, and offered to come back at a later time to finish the job. They made my space feel so clean, I very much enjoyed their help. Well worth the price and I will be using them for biweekly cleaning.

After all those many years, never a single issue. Nicholas manages the operation incredibly well. My house is always so nice and smells fresh after they come. We became attached to two of the cleaners- after I shared that fact with Nicholas, we usually have that two women that show up. It's nice. In the event I need to move a cleaning, which is rare as I try to respect their schedule, he is quick to accommodate. They are just an absolute pleasure to deal with. In a world with a lot of flaky/shady house cleaning services that I dealt with before, they are a reliable gem of a business, honest, trustworthy, with good communications that you can count on, for years...

I'm never worried about valuables because they have such a great group of folks working for them. Nicholas is great at managing everyone and great at getting in touch with my specific cleaners about something, if needed. We've moved three times since I started using them in the early 2000's and I don't have to go through a big explanation of what I want done. I had knee replacement and cleaning bathrooms can be tough for me and I retired and just want someone to come in every two weeks and get it all very clean. I don't worry that they'll let my cat out or disturb any neighbors (I'm in a condo). I like that my crew is familiar with my house and how I like things. I think most of the time I get the same people. I could not be happier with my service!

Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.

Each visit things were overlooked. For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked.
