I sat in her chair, presenting with a chaotic mid-back mess of wave, some curl, and two years hair growth (void of hot tools) and left with more curl and definition than I thought was possible, along with a different level of confidence in what I could achieve post-cut on my own. After thoroughly digesting Jo's advice from our appointment, I did choose to transfer to organic hair products, new-to-me hair ties/headbands, a hair buff for sleeping, as well as washing only once to twice a week. In addition to the perfect tailored cut, the above has definitely made an impact in the positive in terms of definition of curl, scalp health, style manageability, and continued hair growth for me.
