The nail trimming service is on a first come first serve basis. This is my second visit, I medicated my dog, prior to going ... I was hoping this would avoid any problems, like last time. My dog has anxiety, when it comes to trimming her nails. Like my previous/first visit I asked for my dog to be muzzled, prior to going back. Last time they wouldn't, it was disastrous. This time I had to beg, the tall woman was really difficult to deal with. There was a petite, short lady who was very helpful and there is a woman, taller in stature with dark blonde hair who is extremely rude. I really was hoping this would be a positive visit. I'm giving them three stars because of the helpful lady, who was petite. It's unfortunate, they don't take appointments for nail trims. It would've been a lot less stressful for all parties involved.

We went in with your typical prescription for cat food, and were told that we probably forged it, so they couldn't sell it to us. Then, this was the really good bit, since he had no way of telling if we made all this up, we had to wait. Two weeks. For a vet. To confirm we didn't forge the prescription. The prescription that our cat has, for the food he needs, because he underwent traumatic surgery to remove bladder stones. Because it's, you know, D o c t o r P r e s c r i b e d. Then we were told we'd probably have to wait like another two weeks for it to "process." What do you mean? Does the box need to marinate in the tears of your other failed customers for like a week for extra flavor or what? I mean, this was a WILD experience. He was not only awkwardly accusatory but was pretty rude about it. He didn't bother to call our vet to confirm the rx, nothing. The real punchline here though, is we didn't bother asking for the manager because he WAS the manager. This spot? Harrrrrd pass. I called the pet food supplier across the street and she wasn't rude which I certainly appreciated.
