I explained that wasn't true. That she had 2 small rash spots inside of her thighs but that as all. They wanted me to bring her back in but my dog, was cowering and didn't want to be touched, so I said I'd take photos and text them. After the owner got the texts, she was saying "sorry for the inconvenience" but this isn't a clipper burn, its a "razor" burn. Like that is supposed to make it better. No offer of compensation, just telling me to put something on it and they'd mark not to do what they had done this time on her chart for next time. Like I'd ever subject her to this again!

When I called in the morning the hours were specified until 4pm. We have come here before to spotty service, technicians saying they do not do nails past 2pm, but the owner himself has specified they do nails until closing. There is no sign on the storefront indicating early closing today, so anyone arriving after the worker locked up would not be aware until they pull on a locked door. It does make me wonder If the owner knows his keyholders are running his buisness as such.

It was wonderful and they did a fantastic job grooming our Yorkiepoo and Shih Tzu. They looked liked show dogs when they were done grooming them. The place was easy to find because they had signs that pointed straight to the entrance. Kim and her staff were extremely warm and welcoming. I immediately felt at ease leaving my baby with them. She said he would get time to sniff around and get comfortable and he even ended up making some dog friends! At the end, we received a bow & goody bag which I thought was so cute. Where oh where to start... I took my 5 1/2 year-old French bulldog to a groomer instead of the vet…read moreabout two months ago to have her glands done. This dog has been a puppy since she was born. High energy always. Well she came home from the groomer unable to jump, and over the next few days was in visible pain, shaking, couldn't barely walk, couldn't even get comfortable laying down. Crate rest, muscle relaxers, pain pills, and multiple sessions of acupuncture over 6 weeks and she was making improvement, but not like I wanted. So I got on yelp and started searching and found Autumn. I sat near Dutchess her whole first session, and was SO convinced just after that, that before autumn left my house, my other dog AND me were scheduled to join in on Dutchess' next session. Dutchess got up from her session and immediately ran into my other room and jumped on the couch. Literally IMMEDIATELY. This dogs MO is making me lose my shit with her high energy and I felt like we were immediately back to normal We've now had 2 sessions and I told Autumn yesterday that Dutch is about to send me into an early grave because she has been bouncing off the walls constantly since our second session. Keeping her calm is essentially out of the question at this point and just not gonna happen. My sweet rambunctious 5.5 year old puppy is back and I am SO grateful for Autumn. So now about me. Stage 4 endometriosis. Had a child via IVF and surrogacy. I've had 2 laparoscopic surgery's. First one to remove a softball size mass that engulfed my entire left ovary and tube, and attempt to clear out some of the endo. Second time to clear out some endo. Got about 5% relief on the second surgery. Essentially the surgery was a waste of my time. Well, like I said, I sat near Dutchess during her whole first session. And started my period the morning of Dutchess' second session. That period started 5 days later then when it "normally" does, which is actually usually 5 days EARLIER then what my period calendar always says. So I got an extra FIVE days In between periods AND I HAD ZERO CRAMPS! People I'm serious, NO CRAMPS. My cramps were so bad before that I signed up for a second surgery to try to help. A whole surgery. And got barelyyyyy any relief. All I did was sit NEAR my dog and had no cramps. Well that was the first day of my first period since being around the machine. I got my own session done that day, and when I tell you I'm EXCITED for my next period, I'm serious. Because I can't wait to see how it feels. Or how it doesn't feel. I even got a facial a few days ago and my face lady was like wow your face is bleeding a lot today and it never bleeds like this.... And I'm like oh is it?! Well the machine Autumn uses is said to increase blood flow... i guess that's 100% true. So if you ask me, run don't walk to see Autumn.

Had a vet out and just couldn't pinpoint anything specific on her. We're in a 100 day mustang makeover from wild to mild and being worked hard! I've done 2 sessions with Autumn and today she worked sooo quiet and relaxed. Just as she was a few weeks ago. So happy we're able to do these PEMF sessions to get her feeling great for the competition! Excited to see how good she gets before we compete in Sept. PLUS - She loves them. Licks, chews, stretches her neck and back out and really gets into it when shes working on her.

He needed to be tuned and IV started. Refused all 4 times. My dog, Ruger died last night, early evening. This morning I get a phone call, I'm told I can now bring him in. WHAT? They knew and weren't listening yesterday. Bloat isn't a wait thing. 3 hrs before serious damage is done. My poor dog suffocated. Needed a new groomer and picked Pawgo strictly because I've seen one of their vans in the…read moreneighborhood. Booking was easy online and they had next day availability with Tracy. Pricing and services clearly stated on the website so I wouldn't get any surprises. I received several confirmation texts and a text when Tracy was on her way with an estimated arrival time. Tracy showed up when she promised. We spoke a few minutes about what I was wanting. Our long hair Spaniel mix hadn't been groomed in about nine months and was a mess. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations. One, they are half the cost of what the other groomer cost and having next day availability was a red flag. It did take about 90 minutes for the groom, but again the dog was matted and she can be difficult to groom for she is wiggly. I must say, when Tracy brought her to the door when finished I almost didn't recognize her. My dog looked great. Probably one of the best grooms we've ever had. And my dog didn't look stressed. I've pre booked the next appointment. I can't vouch for other groomers or the service they provide within the Pawgo network but Tracy was fantastic and I'd highly recommend.
