We were looking for a rehab/physical therapist that could work with our pup and walk us through some exercises to help strengthen our pup's hips, back and hind legs. Brandi is a physical therapist for people and when her own dog needed some therapy, she figured she could do stuff for her pup. Brandi is certified, professional, cares for your dog and will provide you with exercises you want to have in your tool box. Brandi will figure out what works for you, she will do all the rehab exercises and/or she will teach you how to help your pup along. Sure, you can get some exercises or stretches from Youtube, but having Brandi come to us was helpful to have her show us and work with us to ensure we did the exercises and stretches correctly. K-9 Mobility is convenient, informative, personable, and in our mind was worth providing us with what we wanted for our old pup. Thank you Brandi!!

While living in the valley (Peoria), we took our girl, Mysti to MWU-Companion Clinic for all of her check-ups, vaccinations and teeth cleanings. She had a total of 5 cleanings at MWU-CAC. We ALWAYS received wonderful care, beginning at check-in; during student evaluations straight through to seeing the vet. The Vet always came at the end of each visit to discuss how our girl was doing. Most of the time that was Dr. Bennett. Dr. Bennett is wonderful, professional, kind, soft spoken and easy going. For those who complain about how long they are at the clinic at MWU-CAC, perhaps you need to go to a community vet clinic. MWU-CAC is a teaching facility. The students who care for your pet(s), should be taking their time and are being evaluated thoroughly, throughout the exams. I personally have no issue with how long the exams take because I want these young students to become the very best they can be before going out into communities and taking care of animals. Now that I no longer live in the valley, I take my girl to a private vet clinic in northern AZ and I can tell you she does NOT get the care and attention that MUV students and vets provide. She's in and out as fast as they can get her out---it's all about $$$$. And the private vet clinic, though popular in the community SMELLS. I've never walked into MUV and felt it smelled bad or was dirty. Quite the contrary, always spotless from the waiting areas, to the exam rooms. My husband and I hate that we can no longer take out girl to MWU for her care, but due to our ages and distance, this isn't an option. If you or your family have the opportunity to take your pet, there, you are very fortunate! I believe MWU-CAC hold their students to the very highest standards. If Mysti could talk, I believe she would beg us to take her back to Midwestern Companion Animal Clinic!

They really explained everything and they were both so wonderful. I was understandably a little frustrated because they didn't really give me a diagnosis as to why my sweet dog was acting the way he was last week throwing up multiple times and then throwing up blood and refusing food but they did their best to try to figure it out. The front desk staff isn't so great.... One of the ladies in particular was very rude and demanded I leave a deposit before my bill was worked out. I decided not to do an X-Ray and they needed them to take that off my bill before I had to make a deposit. If I wanted to leave and get lunch I still had to pay which is understandable but the tone was unacceptable and when I went to pay at the end of the visit my bill was more than expected. So, I thought they made a mistake again. They ended up taking off what they should've and the bill was correct but of course that same lady had a lot to say about everything and I just didn't want her opinion. I wanted her to have a little empathy and kindness. I was frustrated that the doctors never really figured out what was wrong with my dog and needed to have a follow up visit and I was frustrated that I really got no answers and ended up paying almost $450 when I had already gone to another emergency vet last week and paid around the same amount! That's a lot of money for anyone. I got here at 11 am and left at 4:40! That's a very long time for my sweet dog to be there. I have to come back on Monday because they need bloodwork checked again. I'm not looking forward to seeing the receptionists again, but I do look forward to working with the staff that works directly with the dogs. This place would be so much better if they had different receptionists. There was one lady at the reception desk that was nice, but the others were just rude. They all need a lesson in empathy.

This vet is great! I adopted a dog that happened to have kennel cough(its common, it happens…read moresometimes) and they have done everything in their power to help my sweet girl! They even call to check up to see if they need to intervene more. They were the only vet that I called and could get her in same day. From the first visit, I could see they were caring, efficient and not trying to gouge me for money. They also work very quickly and can usually diagnose the problem in under an hour if not sooner. My dog is also pretty calm when she goes in meaning I think shes knows they are not going to hurt her and are only going to help her. Although this vet is a little far for me, I will continue to go here knowing they actually care as much as I do about my furry family! Thanks Paradise Point! Keep up the good work!

He was so messed up trying to walk with the needles in his stomach he fell under a desk and couldn't get out. He got more messed up while in her care then if I didn't go in at all. I still feel traumatized by this experience. She offered to refund my money which I took in exchange for some reason to not sue her. I should have and wish I could but my buddy soul mate is no longer in this plain no thanks to her and her untrained staff!!!

Yesterday was her annual checkup with Dr Schubach, and for a couple of vaccines and tests. I happened to find the receipts from her last 3 yrs of receipts and noticed they have not increased their prices at all. In this day and age that is remarkable and totally appreciated. Especially since they have added facilities recently. Olive is my first dog and my first time using a vet. I did a lot of research and asking around before choosing Paws and have not been disappointed.
