She is charming, energetic, highly professional, and I could NOT recommend her more HIGHLY. It is worth the drive. She works out of her lovely home, and really knows her business. I went in on Friday and this lady hadn't even started my work! The garba event was the next day. She told me to come in the morning and collect. No time left for trials! On top of it she charged $120 per lehenga which was semi stitched. I paid $280 for finishing 2 semi stitched lehengas and altering 2 blouses! She not only ruined the pieces, the finishing is complete garbage! She put a white rope string for the lehenga instead of a nicely finished "nada". Terrible terrible service! Awful finishing and quality of stitching. Unreliable and insanely expensive! Complete scammer! Now I have two ruined lehengas and the expensive stitching that I paid for on top of it. Never again!

Highly UNRECOMMENDED. Dropped off a cocktail dress and a men's blazer here in late October. When I…read morewent to pick them up less than a week later, I was told they were lost. I was told they were "looking for them" and to give them a week, which we did. We returned to the business after a week (gave them a few extra days) and still nothing. The employee called the owner, and he apologized and said that "per policy" he would only reimburse us 5x the cost of the cleaning. Fine, can't argue that as it's policy DESPITE the cost of both items being 5x that amount. We took the money and tried to replace the items, and are ultimately successful - ended up spending more than the money we were given. 3.5 weeks pass and they call - they found my stuff. Amazing news, we thought - but NO. The owner refused to give us back our (uncleaned) clothing unless we returned the reimbursement. I said no, and he hung up on me. Later that day, I went to the store and tried to talk it out. (Side note: there is no written policy about if lost clothing is somehow found weeks later). We argued that we spent the money replacing the items that they admitted were lost; it's not like it was a day or so -- 4 weeks had passed! If they didn't agree that the items were lost, why reimburse us? If we were to return the $ to him, we would be out 2x - the original cost of the items, and the cost of replacing them. But the kicker is that he called the cops on us. I'm sure they had nothing better to do with their time, amiright? So: tl;dr: if you'd like to entrust your clothing to an unscrupulous, unpleasant man who runs a business where they lose your clothing and don't treat their customers with respect then ... by all means, bring your clothes here to be cleaned.
