Service was ok, and the bud tender was nice and helpful. However, you now have to stand in a second line to pay and receive your purchase. This visit was mid-day on a work day and took about 15 minutes. I imagine during a more peek time it would be at least 25-30 minutes Parking is the absolute worst though, not sure if parking out front is legal. I've been going to this place for three years sometimes every day the old security guard died and now the new one is horrific. The Latino guy Today he yelled at me like I was his wife so loud he was on the phone with his wife. I could hear him, and then when he started talking to me, after hanging up, he was yelling at me. I know there are rules I didn't know you cant go back inside with the product. I was trying to redeem my pre-roll, but there was no reason to yell at me. I talked to the manager, he was really nice, but in the end, I told him that the security guard yelled at me. The girl she was so sweet and she apologized, but I told her not to apologize the one that should've apologized was the security guard. I told the manager I'm never going there again and he said thank you. Wow. He should have apologized!! It's not Hard to say I'm sorry. I would have forgotten all about it I'm a pothead. I'm sure Illinois law plays a role in how poorly these dispensaries are run. I'm familiar with CA, WA, AZ and CO. Adult Use only on Saturday and Sunday. Average wait time is an hour in the waiting room. No restroom until you get called in to order. Payed $68 for a 500mg 87%THC cart. Flower was $60 an 1/8. Just insane prices, most of which are probably tax. The black market is a better option. Maribis, thank you for trying but your state's laws will restrict industry growth Edit: both carts fell apart on me in cold temps. Fixed one and might fix the other this weekend. This place is garbage. Parking sucks, and so does this business. Placed a pre order, and walked in. Barely acknowledged my existence when I entered, checked my ID and told me to wait. Approximately 4 mins later, walk in and waited some more. This time 2 mins, and some degenerate waves me over. Checks my ID again, and I told her I have a pre order. She's like ok great. So I pay, and then you have to wait yet again. If you think you're getting in and out quick, you're dead ass wrong. Finally received my purchase, and left the store. Got outside to the car and looked at my products. This revolution bud I got was 6 mos. old. Wtf?! How lame. At least put it on sale. Not at maribis. They're so money hungry, and have no way of competing with Midway dispensary. Do yourself a favor and drive past this place and go to Midway...you'll be better off. My mobile order pickup order was ready 7 minutes before close and the manager who is a Caring, Understanding, Nice, Toad (CUNT) said I could not pick up because she had a lot of customers waiting already in her lobby. I started out here as a rec patient, and then transferred over to a medical patient. Anytime I call or come in, I'm always greeted with the friendliest faces. As a medical patient I now have much more options available to me and I don't have to pay the tax which drives the cost up quickly. So this is the first place I went to get flower from. They was very knowledgeable about the products they had. I had to wait in line two hours but it is worth the wait. The first time I went I had to sign a form and they gave me a menu . I set down until my number was call to go in the back and buy products. They had flower and I got some kush. It was wonderful. I was so high. The second time I went I had to wait 1 hour and they only had one flower. (Pink lemon) it was more cpd then thc. It was good but not the best. I have also tried some more flower from this place that my friend had. It was great. I love this place but they need to have an appointment option like other places. When I called I was told to "just" go to the gas station an buy a charger because they don't sell them. But they do sell $50 DISPOSABLE vape pens that need chargers. I had to remind the worker that he needed to build my profile so that I could complete my transaction. I use marijuana for relief from chemo symptoms. I shouldn't have to wait in a lobby and watch countless recreational patients go ahead of me, especially when they arrived after me. This place has a nice look to the shop and cool people, BUT the weed is way below the quality that a dispensary should be selling. I just opened a 60 dollar 8th of "lemon tag" and the trim job was terrible, the plant clearly was sick before it was chopped down, and the overall quality is lacking. I also bought a quarter of shake from them that was supposed to be 27% thc lol that was such a joke. I used to be a bud tender, I grow my own, Ive smoked tons of shake and never did I not get high. The edibles and weed are incredibly overpriced and they don't have any quality control on their product. For a dispensary that is distributing medicine, there needs to be higher quality products at a reasonable price. 85 dollars for .5 gram cartridge is absurd and disgusting. Other dispensaries sell full grams of oil for 45 bucks. You can't see what you are buying at Maribis either! Who the hell wants to buy weed before checking it out to make sure it's quality medicine?!
