All in all, a good dispo. I come here for Lula's tanks (0.5g $25 pre-tax). I just upgraded to puffco so I'll be buying Lula's concentrate (2G for $50 pre tax) going forward. The deals mostly revolve around this one brand. Everything else's price is jacked up which is typical of all Chicago dispensaries. I've also found the customer service to be pleasant each time I've visited. Contrary to some other reviews. read more

There are some transactions that should go relatively smoothly despite things out of one's control - picking up my order from the dispensary should be one of them. I try to support smaller, local places but honestly spend your money anywhere else Dutchess, Zenleaf, Ascend, Dispensary 33, Ivy Hall. Not only do they have a better selection and faster service, they leave the attitudes at home and understand what serviceability is. Don't tell me it's going to be a short wait (I waited 20 min just to be let in and I placed an online order that said it was ready), give me attitude when I ask how long, play a guessing game telling me 5 min more then when you finally let me back there to get my order, no "thank you for your patience" "thanks for waiting" just "yeah you came at the wrong time" LOL MMMK, you'll never see me again read more

The issue with this place is the same as all of Illinois. Why do they have things priced way higher than places just out of cook county. ATP we should all just go back to our local block plugs lmao didn't even want to go here after seeing prices. Even lake county prices are terrible. Don't go here just because you think it's the only place to go. Us as consumers control who makes money. We don't buy they either fail or fix pricing read more

if I could leave zero stars I would, front receptionist who worked @8pm is so unprofessional, she was steady talking on the phone using profanity and not attentive to the customers at all! would not come back here again, spent 20 min waiting on her read more

Similar to the experience of other dissatisfied customers, the employees of this establishment ruin the Maribis experience by making up rules, bending truths, and/or change store hours on the whim. Twice now I've had to deal with their poor service, there will absolutely NOT be a third. Save yourselves the headache and gas, skip this place and shop somewhere else. . read more

I find the people who work here kind and helpful. The points you earn with purchases add up quick to free weed.

Every employee, from security to the budtenders are very professional and knowledgeable. My favorite dispensary.

Upon arriving to Maribis in the afternoon, I was quickly assisted by Joanna V. She was very welcoming which created a comfortable atmosphere, one that I hadn't experienced at any other dispensaries before. I came in to get a pre-roll, and she was attentive to ask my preference, what I was looking to buy, & if I had any other preferences to options she had on stock. Currently walking out to get this mangonada preroll lit for blast off! read more

Maribis - Pre-roll Cannabis Mangonada indica strain - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Chicago, Illinois

I have no complaints about this place. The staff is very helpful. My husband and I love going to this place. They are fast and efficient.

Consistent good service. Daily specials. You can get the alerts via text message or check their website. Order online and it's ready for pickup in minutes. They will hold your order for 8 hours. Near Midway airport. Each staff member smiled. Showed respect and professionalism. They seem to like working together. At the corner of the block with free street parking. read more

Service was ok, and the bud tender was nice and helpful. However, you now have to stand in a second line to pay and receive your purchase. This visit was mid-day on a work day and took about 15 minutes. I imagine during a more peek time it would be at least 25-30 minutes Parking is the absolute worst though, not sure if parking out front is legal. So I'm super thankful it only took about 15 minutes to finish up inside. read more

I've been going to this place for three years sometimes every day the old security guard died and now the new one is horrific. The Latino guy Today he yelled at me like I was his wife so loud he was on the phone with his wife. I could hear him, and then when he started talking to me, after hanging up, he was yelling at me. I know there are rules I didn't know you cant go back inside with the product. I was trying to redeem my pre-roll, but there was no reason to yell at me. I talked to the manager, he was really nice, but in the end, I told him that the security guard yelled at me. The girl she was so sweet and she apologized, but I told her not to apologize the one that should've apologized was the security guard. I told the manager I'm never going there again and he said thank you. Wow. He should have apologized!! It's not Hard to say I'm sorry. I would have forgotten all about it I'm a pothead. This is how they treat customers who have been going there for 3 years. I've spent over 15000$ here easily. At least 5000$ a year. Probably to be honest triple that. They all know me. It's a shame they let the security guard do whatever he wants yell and screams at the customers and no apology given. He should be fired. He actually walked in the storeroom almost taunting me laughing and making jokes to another person. I know people depend on their jobs for a living But no one deserves to be treated that way. I hope they lose all business because it was horrific the way he yelled at me the excuse they gave was there was an incident yesterday ?!!!! Nice customer service. Besides their prices are the highest in all Chicago. . The bud tenders are great but the manager should know better he knows I'm a loyal customer and this is not how you treat loyal customers. read more

I'm sure Illinois law plays a role in how poorly these dispensaries are run. I'm familiar with CA, WA, AZ and CO. Adult Use only on Saturday and Sunday. Average wait time is an hour in the waiting room. No restroom until you get called in to order. Payed $68 for a 500mg 87%THC cart. Flower was $60 an 1/8. Just insane prices, most of which are probably tax. The black market is a better option. Maribis, thank you for trying but your state's laws will restrict industry growth Edit: both carts fell apart on me in cold temps. Fixed one and might fix the other this weekend. I sent Verano a pic on social media and they had no clue what was wrong. When I told them what the issue is they started ignoring me. If I have to reach out to Maribis I hope they treat me better. read more

This place is garbage. Parking sucks, and so does this business. Placed a pre order, and walked in. Barely acknowledged my existence when I entered, checked my ID and told me to wait. Approximately 4 mins later, walk in and waited some more. This time 2 mins, and some degenerate waves me over. Checks my ID again, and I told her I have a pre order. She's like ok great. So I pay, and then you have to wait yet again. If you think you're getting in and out quick, you're dead ass wrong. Finally received my purchase, and left the store. Got outside to the car and looked at my products. This revolution bud I got was 6 mos. old. Wtf?! How lame. At least put it on sale. Not at maribis. They're so money hungry, and have no way of competing with Midway dispensary. Do yourself a favor and drive past this place and go to Midway...you'll be better off. Much better selection, friendly staff, and wayyyy better prices. read more

Wish I could give zero stars. My mobile order pickup order was ready 7 minutes before close and the manager who is a Caring, Understanding, Nice, Toad (CUNT) said I could not pick up because she had a lot of customers waiting already in her lobby. I honestly feel bad for myself for having to be in the vicinity of such a negative human being. With that buisness model, I picture this place not being open very long. Manager needs to smoke some of her product and chill out. read more

theyll advertise a sale without taxes. then when you arrive theyll slap the 40% taxes on your order. I've been denied over 3 times for their false advertisements. when i bring it up to management, they edit their sales description and act like I am crazy ha. read more

I was a loyal customer. I would get that bulk discount, of 20% off when you spend $500+ damn near every time I went. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK AFTER THIS INCIDENT. MARBIS IS A SCAMMING, MONEY HUNGRY wackshop, that does not care for their patients. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TAX TAX TAX !! Horrible customer service, the bud tenders are clueless and probably high off their own supply. Manager has an attitude, but the supervisor was cool. Manager thinks this HER shop, these are HER profit margins that the deals are cutting into. She gatekeeping these deals like the secret service, i think she would even die for these deals not going to lie. I am just a med patient trying to get my meds so I can go home and smoke. Why do you have to make my life harder? Manager needs to chill out. read more

I started out here as a rec patient, and then transferred over to a medical patient. Anytime I call or come in, I'm always greeted with the friendliest faces. As a medical patient I now have much more options available to me and I don't have to pay the tax which drives the cost up quickly. I'm not sure if these other people were having a bad day or what... but I've been in numerous times and I always get priority as a medical patient and have a full menu of products to choose from. read more

I had a great experience here!! Customer service made me feel warm and fuzzy. Thanks so much!

So this is the first place I went to get flower from. They was very knowledgeable about the products they had. I had to wait in line two hours but it is worth the wait. The first time I went I had to sign a form and they gave me a menu . I set down until my number was call to go in the back and buy products. They had flower and I got some kush. It was wonderful. I was so high. The second time I went I had to wait 1 hour and they only had one flower. (Pink lemon) it was more cpd then thc. It was good but not the best. I have also tried some more flower from this place that my friend had. It was great. I love this place but they need to have an appointment option like other places. Then that would cut down on the wait time.. this is a wonderful place over all. read more

Beware!!!!! This is the worst dispensary I've ever visited they're wholly unprofessional. They take no responsibility for the products they sell, they blame the manufacturer. When I called I was told to "just" go to the gas station an buy a charger because they don't sell them. But they do sell $50 DISPOSABLE vape pens that need chargers. Will somebody please make this make sense ? This is ridiculous, I have to source out my own charger, that I shouldn't need because it's DISPOSABLE!!!! I should have been told I needed it two parts for this DISPOSABLE vape pen so I would have a choice to buy this or something else. read more

I wouldnt recommend this place. Do your business elsewhere if you can. The product is overpriced (seriously, shop around) and the whole thing just feels kinda below board. read more

If you're medical, go elsewhere. We don't get priority. They actually ignore us in favor of rec patients. As I'm sitting here, I've been skipped over at least 5 times while waiting. I had to remind the worker that he needed to build my profile so that I could complete my transaction. I use marijuana for relief from chemo symptoms. I shouldn't have to wait in a lobby and watch countless recreational patients go ahead of me, especially when they arrived after me. This will be my first and last time using this dispersary and you shouldn't bother. read more

Today, May the 2nd of 2019 I made my 2nd visit to Maribis dispensary on Archer Ave. I felt extremely comfortable with my budtender of the Day Jason who was more than happy to keep up with all the questions I had bombarded him with that day. And the assistant manager Matty was very helpful and impressive with her extensive knowledge of the products that they carry. As far as I am concerned, I will always be confident that I will receive the best and informative know how on how to treat my ailments. read more

This place has a nice look to the shop and cool people, BUT the weed is way below the quality that a dispensary should be selling. I just opened a 60 dollar 8th of "lemon tag" and the trim job was terrible, the plant clearly was sick before it was chopped down, and the overall quality is lacking. I also bought a quarter of shake from them that was supposed to be 27% thc lol that was such a joke. I used to be a bud tender, I grow my own, Ive smoked tons of shake and never did I not get high. The edibles and weed are incredibly overpriced and they don't have any quality control on their product. For a dispensary that is distributing medicine, there needs to be higher quality products at a reasonable price. 85 dollars for .5 gram cartridge is absurd and disgusting. Other dispensaries sell full grams of oil for 45 bucks. You can't see what you are buying at Maribis either! Who the hell wants to buy weed before checking it out to make sure it's quality medicine?! That makes no sense. This place is a money waster. I mean honestly, one of the nugs in my 8th has a trace amount of MOLD! Maribis is a joke. read more
