I ended up spending a few hours cleaning after the two guys they sent out missed a bunch of stuff that was promised. The products they used smelled so strong and lingered for days, giving me a headache for a week afterwards. It was my first time ever hiring a cleaner, though, so I thought maybe my expectations were just too high, culminating in a pretty disappointing and discouraging experience. Absolutely Clean was my second attempt at finding a service and the difference between them and the previous company was night and day. I had booked just a general cleaning this time, and Aksana did a better job than the "deep cleaning" the other company provided at 1/4 the price and 1/2 the man-power! She was extremely thorough and meticulous, cleaning things and areas I hadn't even expected her to. She even got stains off my oven that I had long given up on. She was very sweet and professional as well. The products she used did not smell bad and the scent was mostly gone by the end of the day. When I first reached out to Rebecca, she came over and inspected my home to give me an estimate. She was extremely personable and kind. We had conversations about business and she said she is picky when hiring for the exact reason above. She wants workers who actually ENJOY cleaning, not just someone who needs a job. As a customer, it is already nerve-racking (at least for me) to make someone else clean up your home (even though you're paying them). I just feel bad, so to have someone who really truly doesn't mind doing it is soooo helpful. I have twin boys that are 4 years old, one of whom is special needs so I don't always have the time to get everything "in shape" for their arrival. They always show up with smiles on their faces and seem GENUINE in their desire to help. With my initial cleaning, it seemed incredibly pricey especially since I had previously had 3 other cleaning companies in my home in the previous months, but I agreed because it seemed like they would be doing more than the typical. Boy was I impressed!!! They even cleaned my fireplace cover! :O My TV.. things you wouldn't typically think about. Every 2 weeks they come back and do an amazing job with a warm smile. They are consistent and dependable. I have always had problems in the past because the employees never stuck around or called out etc for previous companies. Rebecca must be an amazing boss who treats her employees well because I always have the same ladies and they seem genuinely happy to be there. Fran and Millene are two of the girls. They seem to have a system too. Millene is always working the kitchen while Fran is upstairs. They are fantastic! They even empty and load my dishwasher which no other cleaning service I've worked with has done! If you leave random things out that they would have no clue what to do with, they organize them in a cute way to make your home look nice. I am beginning to feel like this company is similar to family to me at this point since it's the same people over and over again. It's good to work with good and nice people and I am excited that I found them. They are more expensive than some of the other companies I've had, but let me tell you right now.. there is absolutely a reason for that. Not having to deal with the headaches of cancellations, new people in your home all the time, attitudes from workers, a half done job etc... I thought the previous companies I worked with did a 5 star job, but then I met Rebecca and her crew. They have set a new bar.
