I have a horrific experience here and it alllll started when I called to book an appointment with a MASTER STYLIST and long behold I was placed with the lady who does nails and they were TRAINING to cut hair. SHE REUINED MY HAIR!!! Please refer to the photo. I mean it will be years before I can grow my bangs out, they go all the way back into by head far beyond my ears. BUT.
