She was so kind and friendly we had a great time as she cut my hair. I asked for a butterfly cut and I believe she did great job. She asked how short I wanted my bang pieces bc if she cut them shorter they wouldn't fit into a ponytail and I VERY much appreciated that because I work out often and wouldn't want them to not go into a ponytail. Her attention to detail and customer service was unmatched. Not to mention she's so reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back here for my hair cuts!

BEWARE This review…read moreis WAY OVERDUE. I have a horrific experience here and it alllll started when I called to book an appointment with a MASTER STYLIST and long behold I was placed with the lady who does nails and they were TRAINING to cut hair. SHE REUINED MY HAIR!!! Please refer to the photo. I mean it will be years before I can grow my bangs out, they go all the way back into by head far beyond my ears. BUT. I don't blame the stylist, she's new to the game. I BLAME THE STAFF. Starting from the receptionist who booked me with a trainy when I asked for a MASTER STYLIST. Down to the manager who I have yet to hear back from regarding a my refund. She litteraly just doesn't want to give me my money back and this happened In OCTOBER and we are now a few days short of JANUARY!!! I was taken at the Kendal location for a "fix" and while yes it blends better my hair is messed up and will be FOR A WHILE. If your reading this I WANT MY REFUND mainly because at this point I feel disrespected. COME ON PETER OF LONDON!!!

I wanted a root touchup, but left with a glaring yellow that I was told would fade into the rest of my hair over time but only looked cheap. To be fair, I get it. My hair texture is different and maybe a challenge for some stylists but the results were disastrous, I had to spend more at another salon just to cover up the bad job. Would have given 1 star but adding an extra star since the ladies are nice and I don't blame them for not knowing how to work with my hair.

I rarely leave reviews, but I genuinely wish someone had warned me before I booked with Tiffany. As…read moresomeone with long curly hair, I was very clear that preserving my length was a priority and made multiple requests to ensure my hair could be cut properly. Unfortunately, significantly more length was removed than expected. To make matters worse, the haircut is uneven, with longer strands left throughout that now require a corrective cut. The frustrating part is that fixing it will mean sacrificing even more of the length that took months to grow. While I appreciate being accommodated for a later appointment, I would have preferred to reschedule rather than receive a rushed haircut. The proposed solution was to return so the same stylist could fix it, but after the outcome of this appointment, I no longer felt confident doing so. A haircut can be fixed. Length cannot. And now I'll have to lose even more of mine just to correct a haircut that should have been done properly from the start.
