I ended up falling and getting my cast wet, so I took it off. The first thing he says to me as he walks in the room is "why did you even bother coming back" did not say hello did not ask for an explanation. He then proceeded to be rude, at this point I was pretty mad which made me not want to ask questions. I was also suppose to be put in a bone stimulator 2 weeks ago, the nurse that is working my case insisted on getting one put on. Why they are having such a problem is beyond me. Organ was very unprofessional, I hate doing thing like this because everyone has bad days but it was totally uncalled for. The staff was very nice, but that's pretty much the only thing nice I have to say.

Brian and Anna are a great team and don't just leave you on your own to do the repetitions. They are always watching, correcting and encouraging. They worked me the hardest, but the results speak for themselves. I gained more flexibility and strength in both my knees after having bilateral knee replacements. Should I ever need PT again, Bristol Orthopaedics is where I will go!

I viewed the film with my doctor and clearly saw multiple tears even though I have no formal medical training. They almost completely screwed up my insurance claim. I ended up having 3 tears in my shoulder and had to have reconstructive surgery. I would never recommend this unless it was someone I did not like. Totally incompetent.

I have had chronic pain since 2006 between my neck, back, knee, foot, and recently tendinitis in my hand for almost 2 years, I have done regular PT and even tried getting a Cortisone shot to release my pain. However, it lasted 2 months and the pain was back even worst then before. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia several months ago and recently was advised to try Aquatic therapy since the pool is 93 degrees. My first visit was beyond compassionate for my pain. I was given several laminated pool exercises after my treatment was completed. Within 3 months of going to the pool 3 times per week-1 hour each time. Not only did my pain in my hand went from a level 9 to 2. I was then able to strengthen my other joints since the water has less poundings on my joints. It was like a healing miracle happened. I am feeling so much stronger not just in my joints but in my mindset as well. Anyone who hasn't had a great experience with this hospital, perhaps you didn't give it a fair chance. I wanted to live my life without as much pain so I can. I did what was advised even when I didn't want to go I went always. I talk to everyone I can about this hospital. I love their logo.... Our grandson was a patient at HFSC a little over a year ago, discharged with promises of follow up and NOTHING. He has been hospitalized three more times for the same challenges, never again accepted at HFSC and the outpatient day program which has been promised, then slow rolled with delay excuses which made little sense and now after an 8 week wait that was supposed to be 3 we shall see how it will go. His challenges far exceed a clipboard and stickers for treatment but that's all he's gotten so far.

From talking to people, I came to learn that it was normal. But people were saying that they needed a follow up and figured they would go back, hoping their previous disaster wait time was a fluke...not the case. And the receptionists and dr had NO EXCUSE!
