They provide shampoos/conditioners, towels, slip leads, just about any grooming tool you'd need. They have ear cleaner, cotton balls, cologne spritz's etc. It's 1000000000% worth it. I bring my own shampoo and tools most days, but they always have sanitized equipment if you need it. Staff has always been wonderful as well, very quick to clean up behind people so tubs are ready and stocked for the next person. They're also quick to get you checked out in the lobby. You can also pay before you wash too, which I like to do since my dog always wants to go potty after their bath.

I was very disappointed with my dog's grooming experience. I can't say exactly what happened while he was there, but his eye was clearly not in that condition when we dropped him off. Also, my dog seemed extremely stressed and traumatized after the visit. It's heartbreaking to see your dog come home in that condition. I hope the business takes greater care in handling pets and is more transparent if an incident occurs during grooming.

She made sure…read moreWrigley was comfortable with the whole process, was so patient with him, and took extra care during drying after I told her he gets nervous around blow dryers (also dogs in headphones are so cute lol!) She was clearly passionate about helping dogs look their best and giving them lots of love in the process! I'm so happy about how Wrigley was groomed with the iconic peach Aussie butt, perfectly brushed (goodbye undercoat), and extra soft plus smelling so good. The bright and cozy shop was located behind the shopping center and there were 2 dedicated parking spots right in front of the shop but plenty of parking close by. Thank you Corinna and team for taking amazing care of Wrigley! Highly recommend!

My aussie got her first heat cycle at 8 months and I was told she was allowed back in a few weeks once her cycle was complete. She was attending day care and training sessions a couple times a week. Unfortunately, I had some other personal matters come up and will be moving so I asked for a refund. They will not offer a refund on services and offered store credit instead. Okay, fine. I scheduled a weekend boarding to use up my remaining credit and I get a text this morning asking if my dog was spayed, if not she was not allowed to return. I understand the need for the policy but I was never made aware and was told previously by a staff member it was not necessary. I am not in a position to get her spayed right now, plus I am moving states next month. They still refuse to offer a refund of nearly $300. That is a good chunk of money that apparently they intend to keep. Doesn't matter that store credit never expires, I will not be able to use it. They made a mistake with lack of employee knowledge on policies and refuse to right their mistake and now stealing my money. This is wrong. I was emailing the owner back and forth and I am disappointed with their handling of this situation. I had my dog groomed and bathed on 2 separate occasions and she came back with mats and not dried properly. Some staff members were very standoffish and unwelcoming at drop off. There is no access to cameras and I was denied access to the facility to see where my precious pup would be. I do not recommend this facility.
