Of course after the esthetician said it was broken, now they're saying it works but wasnt included in the geneo facial even though previous geneo facial included it. Additionally, they're saying they provided additional services for free such as extractions, even though thats the only service I really wanted. Hmmm...so then I didnt have to get geneo facial just to get extractions yet when I called to book, and said I wanted extractions they automatically scheduled me for the geneo which doesn't include that service. Yeah, makes no sense. I guess ask more questions because if something is broken they'll simply say that its not included in what you purchased and it was included last time because you were lucky. Definitely not coming back. Live really close by so that's unfortunate but luckily lots of other spas are opening up soon.

I probably should have been pushing up daisies by now but Dr Dobrin refuses to let that happen. He is more than my cardiologist- he is my friend and I thank God for him.

I would be extra cautious with their CT/PET SCAN administrator, she seemed to be awfully aggressive and caused me permanent discomfort where there was none before. Other test and staff were fine. I really liked Dr. Montanez, he did an excellent job with the catherization and stent placement. I would never do another PET SCAN there though, that's for sure. There billing is kinda screwy too. Didn't know the final cost and yet were trying to get me to pay up.

I've had no problems scheduling appointments or with billing. I've had stress tests and echos there. The echo technologist is very professional. The nurses in the stress lab explained the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable. Dr Gutierrez' nurse, Mary is very thorough when she goes over my medications, vitals, medical history. She's friendly, but very professional. Do you have to wait a while? Yes. However, the providers spend time with you. They answer all your questions and concerns.

Where do I start- The front desk staff- rude- no hello- no kindness- no care for anyone- just speaking to each other loudly taking about other people no concerns of the line, the tone of voice used and attitude displayed by the team is completely unprofessional. We were scheduled for a CTScan at 3. As we were walking in at 3 we're also getting a phone call the machine was down. We drove over an hour for the appointment. Several others came in, and also not notified of the machine being down. One lady even argued with a man saying he was called while he stood there showing his phone. They clearly called NO ONE. People have to take off work, arrange the days- no that anyone here cares/ you also are dealing with SICK people that need assessments to for their care. Your lack of professional and concern for patients disgusting. I hope you're all treated with the same respect you show your patients. Also interesting Yet, the machine was going to be working on Monday morning. When asked why we were not called they said they forgot and the girl ran out of time and didn't get to it. Your staffing issue is not your patients problem. This is unacceptable. The physical plant is filthy. The floors are stained, the bathroom has not been cleaned in days. Paper all over; no soap in the dispenser. This is really horrible care- I would strongly encourage anyone to go elsewhere/ we pay for this through our insurance and we can choose where to go- do not spend your money here- unless you enjoy being treated like a doormat.
