I was in town briefly for my…read moreGrandfathers funeral & I accompanied my Grandmother to an appointment she set up that same morning for exceptional pain (probably brought on by stress due to her husbands death) First, the clinic is very clean, they offer coffee & offer snack to the patients by taking a little snack cart around. These people are on a first name patients with their patients & not just the Doctors, the entire staff! Once we got in to her exam room, the Medical Assistant, Jesse was taking her vitals & I told him that my Grandfather passed away & if there was anything he could do to get us through the appointment fast, it would be greatly appreciated because his services were in just a few hours. This staff sprung in to action! Jeff Taylor, the Nurse Practitioner who she was assigned to came in to the exam room, looked straight in to her eyes and sincerely apologized for her loss. He addressed her pain and distress in a professional and compassionate manor & we were on our way in no time. On the way out, she was hugged and greeted by this wonderful staff. I live in Los Angeles and can't be with my Grandmother but I'm so grateful for this caring staff & feel relieved that they care for her so well. It eases my mind like you wouldn't believe. Thank you, I know she is in good hands with you!

We went i. Around 3 p.m.on a Thursday. We went there bc my husband fell and they have a xray so we…read morewent there. There were three patients in total. We waited at the glass cou ter for almost ten minutes it seemed like no one was there. Finally a woman tells us she will be right with us. An hour and 20 minutes later we are called to go in. They take your weight, blood pressure and she cleaned up his wounds. We waited for the physicians assistant who apprived of the xray. However there is no xray tech onsite you have to wait for the tech to get there. I guess it is one tech for multiple locations. Once ot is over my husband asks the PA for something for the pain. The PA said the attending will not allow him to prescribe anything other than over the counter Tylenol. It could have been worse but it was disappointing.

We were expecting a wait since we are so used to going to other urgent care places where you wait a bit before being seen. We walked in and surprisingly, the gentlemen quickly took us right on back. Yep no wait! Everyone from the nurse, the xray tech, to the paramedic, and the doctor were very friendly. The rooms are big and everything is clean and organized. There was a tv in our room and plenty of seating. If you are ever in need of an emergency doctor visit go here!
