I found this company on yelp and was also recommended by some on next door app. The company had excellent ratings and did work for some well known designers. Not going to lie, I was expecting a very steep price. I sent my info on yelp and they responded promptly. They had an option for virtual estimating so I send them some photos, dimensions, and some details. Bereth called me back to ask some follow up questions and then had an estimate ready for me that same day. I was pleasantly surprised with the price but because they never came out to inspect, I was expecting the price to change as we got into it. I contracted them for the job and they scheduled me in. They text me with a confirmation date a week or so out and then text me on that day when they were in their way at the scheduled time they promised. The demo went smooth and their team were professional and left my kitchen clean even though it was demo'd . They scheduled me a week out for the install on the following Friday. We received a calll Thursday with some not so great news but I can confirm, it not their doing and things like that happen. But what I appreciated more was them identifying that there was a slight mismatch in the stone and instead of forcing the install, they called me and told me what they were going to do to make it right. What I thought was going to be a major delay, really was only delayed until Monday. It came out better than we anticipated. They were honest, affordable, professional, clean, and punctual. I would definitely use them again and/or refer them to friends or family.

During the project, I also had concerns about the quality of the work and felt that corners were being cut. Angel repeatedly promised that he would return to finish the job. Based on those promises, I spent approximately another $1,000 on materials so everything would be ready for him. He never came back. For months, I followed up and gave him multiple opportunities to complete the work. He continued telling me he would return, but never did. After I had already paid him and incurred the additional material costs, he ultimately stopped responding and blocked me. I did not want to leave a negative review and gave him plenty of time to make things right. Unfortunately, after months of being led on, additional money spent, and an unfinished job, I feel other customers should know about my experience. I included screenshots of our communications documenting the repeated promises to return and finish the work.
