When I picked him up he was still in that same diaper completely soaked. Was I asked the teacher how often she changes diapers she told me after 3 hours she puts the kids on the potty which I now is a lie. My son was standing in a corner of the room near the door whimpering when I picked him up I asked the supervisor how long he's been crying and how long has he been standing by the door? She said it hasn't been long since he's been crying and that he didn't wanna play with the other kids and he decided that he just wanted to stand by the door, which is absolutely not OK with me when there's a crying child. It's the responsibility of the staff. To comfort a child and make them feel like they are in a safe place this place is a disgrace the teachers obviously need more training and compassion and me training on how to handle children. The supervisor is heartless doesn't seem to care and is very very rude. I would not put my child in the center.

She was my daughter's teacher from pretty much the beginning. She was open and communicative. It was very clear that she LOVED children. It more than showed. I posted rave reviews about Ms, Adella and recommended WY to other mom's. As soon as we found out she was leaving, I started looking for new care. The management is incredibly disorganized. I've overheard the GM yelling at her staff in an incredibly inappropriate manner. 7 people quit in 2 months. They are understaffed. You never know who will be watching over your child any given day. Some of the remaining staff are really nice. Even with that being the case, I did not feel comfortable leaving my child here.

While searching for new childcare for her and our one year old son after our old daycare closed due to Covid, we were so incredibly lucky to come across ABCDee. Alison is very communicative and always has the kids best interests at heart. The center is clean, safe, and the staff is incredible and very loving of all the children. They provide meals, diapers, and wipes, which really takes some of the stress off of childcare. They use the Brightwheel app, so we always get pictures of the kids throughout the day, as well as messages and questions about anything going on. The best daycare we've been to in Austin (and as I said, we've been to a lot). I cannot recommend ABCDee enough for your kiddos.

My oldest completed 3 years there, staying through her kindergarten year, then moved to our neighborhood elementary. Her experience was absolutely wonderful, and I only wish they had an elementary school as well. However her transition to public school has been seamless and I credit Casa for giving her such a strong emotional and intellectual foundation. My youngest goes there now as well. Casa is a loving and caring community, it is the kind of bubble of childhood innocence that you want your child to be in during the tender ages of 3-6. I believe that Casa has fostered independence, confidence, and creativity in my children. My kids do things at home like dishes and folding that are definitely not the types of tasks I would have thought they could do, and they enjoy it because it's doing real work, and they are comfortable challenging themselves. The gift casa has given me is to help me realize that my children are capable of so much more at a young age than I would have ever thought possible. And I feel that the parents who choose to send their kids there have similar values a us, which is great as we have become close with several families.
