Dr. John explained everything very honestly, including that composite bonding might be difficult and that it might not perfectly match or last forever. I really appreciated how transparent and thorough he was. Even though he had another appointment scheduled shortly, he still took the time to do the bonding for me right then and there. The result made such a difference for me! What really stayed with me though was something he said during the appointment. He told me, "You have a really nice smile. It would be a pity for you not to be able to smile fully." That genuinely meant a lot to hear, because I had been holding back my smile. Dr. John is incredibly gentle, patient, and explains everything in detail (which I personally appreciate because it makes me feel informed and comfortable). His staff are also wonderful. Every single person in the office is consistently kind, welcoming, and positive. You can tell it's a good workplace because the energy in the office is always warm and relaxed.
