I had a reservation with another company for two machines for three months for a big event on December 3. Two days before the event I get a call saying that one of their drivers is sick and they won't be able to make my delivery. They did give me a couple of names to try calling. One was margaritas on tap and Margarita mama. Now my understanding is these two organizations are now one as margaritas on tap bought out margaritas mama. It first I was a little worried because I left a phone message and an email and didn't hear anything back right away. When I say right away I mean an automatic email reply or something like that. But within a couple of hours I did receive a call back inquiring about my order. The owner was extremely polite and very helpful. He told me there would be absolutely no problem being able to fulfill my order. He arrived the day of the event about five hours before it was supposed to start reviewed the machines with me and got everything set up. Machines were flawless, you provided one extra mix for each machine in case we needed it and told me to have a great time. Everything worked great both machines were fabulous. Lime margaritas again outpaced strawberry margaritas. The next day after my event I received a phone call telling me they would be there within an hour or two to pick up the machines. Dawn from Margarita Momma was extremely nice. We booked 2 margarita machines for our wedding this past Saturday. One Mango (for tequila) and one Hurricane (rum). Dawn was helpful on providing information on how much alcohol was needed for each batch. It was such a huge hit with our guests. We bought boxes of different neon colored straws and it was so cool to see so many of those throughout our reception. My guests ended up starting to mix the mango with the hurricane haha. We had 4 batches of both mango and hurricane and our guests drank all of the hurricane by the end of the night and had 2 left of mango. I initially was a little reluctant to spend the money on renting the Margarita Momma but I have to say it was the best thing that I did.
