We were looking for a new printer and while this project was somewhat small, we do a fair amount of printing for clients and I was hoping Alpha would be our new resource. She assured me our printing project would not be a problem and said she'd send an estimate based on our very specific conversation and order details. Cut to a week later. I call again and talk to her, still no estimate. She apologizes, assures me she is working on it and will get it to me asap. Cut to another week. I call again and leave a message asking where is the estimate and could she call me. I get an email back later that day with confirmation on what I was looking for so she could draw up an estimate. I email all details (again) and it's now OVER another week and I have never heard back. No estimate. Thank you for wasting my time; thankfully I saw this coming and engaged with another printer. At this point, I wouldn't let them print a B/W Post-it Note for me. If this is how you treat prospective new clients who you are trying to "win", I can't imagine what the level of service is once you're engaged. Sadly, I have no idea what these high reviews are talking about!

I contacted the owner Dan via email and he responded in a timely manner and was professional throughout the entire process. We had multiple in person meetings with Dan and his wife Kendra to make sure we knew what to expect the day of. Kendra is an amazing photographer, she has a eye for different shots and made sure my hair and dress stayed in place. She helped me keep my composure while Dan was photographing the groomsmen and my husband getting ready. It's important to feel at ease with your photographers, we certainly did. Dan and Kendra are a wonderful team and made my husband and I feel so comfortable. I was a curvaceous bride and they found so many flattering shots and angles. I cried after seeing the images because I couldn't believe I could look so beautiful. Our wedding album is pure joy to look through. When I got there, no one really explained how anything worked. In the video I saw, they showed her how to connect to Bluetooth so she could play music, which is something I think most people would want, but no one told me that. I only found out later after asking. I originally booked the full-body room, but the camera angle was really unflattering. I'm tall, and it honestly felt like the setup was meant for someone much shorter. They tried adjusting the camera a bit, but it didn't help. When they came back in, I asked about music and they gave me the WiFi info then. The frustrating part is that the time they spent helping me with the camera and music was taken out of my session time. After that, they told me I only had a few minutes left, which didn't feel fair since those were things they should've explained at the start. I ended up switching to a headshot room because I was so unhappy with the full-body photos. The angle was better, but the colors in the photos looked really off. My nude lipstick and pink blush both came out looking orange and my skin toned pink and strange. There wasn't any option to adjust lighting or edit anything, so I was stuck with it. I think the idea of this place is great, but it definitely needs improvement.

(BRING YOUR OWN MATERNITY CLOTHES IF YOU DECIDE TO DISREGARD THIS REVIEW AND USE THIS SERVICE. ALL OF THE MATERNITY DRESSES ARE LITERALLY USED OVER AND OVER AGAIN. STAINED, OLD DEODORANT AND TORN. THEY LITERALLY STINK OF BODY ODOR) Well anyway, Itook initimate maternity photos that exposed my belly and body that were for me and my household. At the end of the shoot I paid for the services and kindly asked that my photos not be used for promotional purposes or shared online. I am a very private person and was not ready to share my pregnancy with the world or better yet have my bare body online!!!! The photographer appeared to be upset and stated " the pictures belong to me. If you don't want them posted you have to pay for the copy rights" ($200 additional). This was the first time I experienced anything like this. Unfortunately I had to pay $200 for my photos not to be shared on social media. That is wrong. The ONLY reason I didn't get my attorney involved is because my photos would be shared hours and that did not give me enough time to have him served. I paid what you requested for a service. Then had to pay an additional $200 to NOT be exploited or used for promotional purposes. It's rude, disrespectful and distasteful. Do Not Use this photographer.
