Went to urgent care 1st time, got meds for ear ache. 3 weeks later, pain is worse. No appointment avail with Dr K until 11/26/25. Book the appointment and hope to power thru... pain gets worse, now vomiting and unable to walk across room. Go to urgent care again as Dr K still unavailable. Urgent care sends me to ER (after waiting for husband to leave work to drive me) thinking I'm having pre-stroke mini-strokes. Cat scan at ER says no stroke, but I now need an ENT urgent - says ER doctor. Still can't get an appointment, which means no referral, which means more time away from work that I can't afford. Would give 5 stars if doctor was available when needed.

Start of the visit went well enough she let me know right away that she can handle my meds for me. She was willing to give me a bridge Rx for my pain meds while I found a pain specialist. Well, by the end of the visit she said she wouldn't give me the bridge script because "I don't prescribe narcotics for any reason." WTF, she literally told me that she would help until I found a pain specialist. I have been going to a pain doctor for three years. They can see from my records is that I have been on the same dose this whole time. I haven't been fishing for more. All of my UIs have come back clean. Honestly I am a model patient. Then, they never sent the referral to the pain doctor she personally recommended me to!!! Maybe she is OK if you sprain your ankle but if you have serious health issues and chronic pain like me find someone else. She Will trivialize your pain while patronizing you the whole time. I had a hard time navigating the new insurance system and I was convinced I'd not be able to find a doctor comparable to the amazing doctor I had at Kaiser. I found Dr. Sachdeva on Yelp. I thought all the positive reviews must be a gimmick, but I thought I'd check her out, especially because she used to be a Kaiser MD. I'm so glad I did. Dr. Sachdeva listens like she really cares. Once you get to know her, she remembers details about your life and family, and that's rare. I suffer with chronic health conditions and am often skeptical of physicians, so it can take me some time to trust a doctor. Dr. Sachdeva has been wonderful at helping me manage my health issues and finding different ways to do that. Her office is simple and she's not open every day, but don't let that put you off. She's available and returns calls quickly. Plus, they always have treats (like individually packaged Madeline cookies) and newer magazines in the lobby, which my toddler always appreciates! Dr. Sachdeva also listens to my toddler's heart every visit, humoring him, and asking him questions. It's the little things (and the big) that let you trust a physician.
