Dr. Kennedy is terrific, if you can get in to see her. I am having a problem with migraine level…read morehead pain and vertigo. Dr. Kennedy is unavailable until Dec. Went to urgent care 1st time, got meds for ear ache. 3 weeks later, pain is worse. No appointment avail with Dr K until 11/26/25. Book the appointment and hope to power thru... pain gets worse, now vomiting and unable to walk across room. Go to urgent care again as Dr K still unavailable. Urgent care sends me to ER (after waiting for husband to leave work to drive me) thinking I'm having pre-stroke mini-strokes. Cat scan at ER says no stroke, but I now need an ENT urgent - says ER doctor. Still can't get an appointment, which means no referral, which means more time away from work that I can't afford. Would give 5 stars if doctor was available when needed.

Very less professional, something wrong since I began in 2008…read more Several misdiagnosis, too quick to order Rx without confirming specific infection. This led to very bad adverse side effects that disabled me. In 2 years and many visits, PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR NEVER EXAMINED ME. Never put in gown. Despite going in feeling very ill. Never looked in eyes, ears, mouth, throat, Think May have used sthescope once. Even with witness, medical records are different from our observation. Primary CAre Dr. never input examination, diagnosis etc. immediately after appoint. ALways went directly to another patient. MEDICAL RECORDS BEAR NO RESEMBLANCE TO REALITY OR ACTUAL VISITS. Medical records imply examinations that never occured. Reports and labs missing from medical records. Primary Care Dr. too quick to diagnose and prescribe for depression, when I was having tendon pain, constipation, all adverse reactions to medications he prescribed! Refused to refer me out to UCSF despite that my insurance would have covered. Kept prescribing muscle relaxants that I told him knocke me out and felt dangerous. He smirked! Found out with new Primary Care Dr. that he was prescribing a way too high a dose, while the McHernry Medical Dr. kept telling me that my being knocked out was "normal." He could have killed me! Felt he was covering for his errors in diagnosis and prescriptions he prescribed that caused major problems. Kept telling me when I had tendon pain, I Must have done something to cause it. It was the antibiotics he previously prescribed. Confirmed by new primary care and other drs. When I reported problems of security of urine samples at QUEST LABORATORY at McHenry, my sincere constructive alert was met with a demeaning retort by head of McHenry Medical. This Medical Group lost my confidence. Though Gastro seemed more knowledgeable, but failed to get me on to right path. Again too easy to dismiss as depressed when was having gastro symptoms from inppropriate meds prescribed by Primary Care Dr..

In the last few years it has gotten so bad that I dare not drive. I blink and squeeze my eyes shut to the point where they are closed more often than they are open. I contacted Dr. Abbas asking for a new drug called Ingrezza. He submitted it to my insurance company and they said it needed to be pre-approved. He tried and it was denied because it's 7 thousand dollars a month. I found a program that would help pay for it and in fact it was completely free! All that needed to be done was for me to fill out a document, get it to Dr. Abbas and he was to sign it and fax it to the program. My wife works at DMC so she walked the form to his office. I waited and waited and called and called and never got the bloody meds. Found another Dr. here in Oakdale and all is good. All I can think is that he simply doesn't care! Yesterday my wife had a hip replaced. Today she has hives. This can be deadly as it can swell and close the airway. She called at noon and it is now 5:15 pm. Nothing. Again, this ass does not care!!!

To…read morebe clear, AllCare hasn't been the problem for two years--but my surgically repaired neck has been. The system doesn't always work the way it's supposed to. Sometimes, though, it seems to work exactly as designed--and that isn't always in the patient's favor. So today, I took a more direct approach. I personally delivered records to both the specialty practice I was referred to and AllCare's administrative offices. My next step is to take those same documents to my primary care provider and make sure the care and coordination I'm entitled to through Medicare are moving forward. But today, I want to talk about Araceli. I didn't know whether helping me was part of her responsibilities. What I do know is that she stood up, stepped in, and gave me the guidance I needed to keep pursuing the medical care I'm paying for. When you've been trying to get help for this long, someone taking the time to guide you matters. Thank you, Araceli. Well done!
