We recently decided to leave this daycare and wanted to share our experience for other parents…read more While there are caring individuals on staff, the overall operation felt strained. Staff often seemed stretched thin, which impacted communication and responsiveness. My child was in the infant room and had 4-5 teachers constantly rotating in and out. On one occasion, I was called to be told my infants temperature was 99°F, and he may be getting sick. He was not sick. This just put added stress on working parents receiving calls that were not necessary. There were also times he was allowed to fuss for extended periods and his temperature would rise higher, we then had to keep him out for 24 hours. He was not sick. We are very attentive parents the moment he showed that he was not feeling well we would keep him home for reference. There was also an incident I observed on the classroom camera where a tummy time mat was pulled over my child by another infant, and it remained on top of him until I contacted the center. The cameras are a double edged sword. The care is not consistent and doesn't match their values. The center is also closed for every holiday, which may be important for working parents to plan around. One of the most frustrating issues was a lack of clear communication regarding our child's last day. I had indicated a Friday on our withdrawal forms, but was not informed that he would actually be unenrolled on Thursday. There was no heads-up about this change, which created unnecessary stress and confusion. Overall, I would encourage the center to improve staffing support, supervision consistency, and communication with families.

Witnessed rough and inappropriate handling of multiple children on 3/13/2025. Reported to staff…read moreand state officials immediately. Agent visited site and filed two Level 2 violations (Child Discipline and Child Safety). Report can be found on Florida DCF website, ID# C01ES0361. Owners refuse to refund deposit because we failed to provide 2 weeks notice of withdrawal stating we breached contract although we witnessed abuse to our student. Attempted multiple negotiations but no success. Currently filing in small claims court.

My daughter attended here in 2014. She was in the two year old class at the time and was a wild…read morechild. She did not like taking naps and Malena complained about this to me on several occasions. While I realize this can be a distraction, I feel there are very simple solutions to this situation if you actually try. Instead, Malena would get angry with my daughter and show it outwardly. The real problem, and the reason I'm leaving this review, is what was also the last straw for my daughter being picked up and never brought back. I received a call mid-morning and Malena left a voicemail stating that my daughter just "would not take a nap even after being held down for a half hour." Malena held my child down to force her to go to sleep. Once I got there she said that I could bring her back the next day and we could try again, I told her "no, we won't be back," and we weren't.

Stay away! Especially if your child is very social. This school and especially the owner does not…read morehandle sociable children at all! They expect a 4 year old to sit still ALL the time. If there is a personality conflict they blame the child, if the child doesn't like naps they blame the child, if the child likes to hug-they are inappropriate... this daycare is horrible. I personally witnessed an assistant teacher grab a little girls arm on the playground and scream at her. My grandson reported that his teacher grabbed him by his arm and shook him as well. COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TEACHER.. so they are ok with putting their hands on your child! When he reported that another child touched him he was called a liar to his face and then the owner told his mother she needed teach him not to lie! This is a child that was told to go to an adult for help, that he would be protected and they called him a liar! TO HIS FACE by multiple teachers!!!! They are not prepared to handle children that have big personalities or attention issues much less a child with advanced needs. The owner is openly suggestive to have you put your child on "a pill" if she feels they are too talkative. They do not respond to request for parent-teacher meetings to resolve issues. We requested them twice with different people and were never called or responded to. Child learning and enrichment is NOT their goal here..

I visited a couple of months ago to tour the facility and get a sense of what it offers…read more Unfortunately, I have several reasons why I would not recommend bringing a child to this place. Upon entering the building, the atmosphere was depressing and miserable. The quality of the classrooms was not only dull and lacking adequate resources and stimulation for children, but they were also unsanitary and unkempt. The management seemed indifferent and disconnected, appearing apathetic towards the children's well-being, as if they were only there for the paycheck. Moreover, the overall state of the facility raises questions about the value for money. Considering the subpar conditions and the lack of engagement from the management, it seems highly questionable whether the cost of services provided at this childcare facility is justified. TLDR; My visit to this childcare facility left me deeply concerned and disappointed!

This review is for the Navarre, FL location only. Photos have been shown to numerous medical and those professionally involved with DCFS and have all agreed what they looked like. Our granddaughter has also experienced a significant change in behavior going from a very happy outgoing 2 year old to one that suddenly stops and gets extremely sad and lays down on the ground and hides her face. This change developed over a few weeks after being moved into the 2's room. I personally had interaction that day with the woman that I believe was responsible. She was extremely negative about our granddaughter, made very libelous remarks about my son and his wife, to me directly, and expressed her dislike for our granddaughter stating her scream was too loud. When I went to pick up my granddaughter that day (because she stated she could not stop her from screaming) my granddaughter was laying on her cot, quietly, just starring at me. When I asked her to come to me she stayed looking frozen in fear. When I picked her up she immediately buried her face into my shoulder until we reached the front office, refusing to look at this woman. This woman approached me wearing a large fluffy robe and had been lying next to another child in the back of the room. When the Director of this facility was confronted the next morning by the parents, they were told the woman acted completely unprofessionally, that they had no concerns with their parenting, and that the woman was "having a bad day". Then fire her!!! No one that acts that way should be left with any vulnerable child. It was the day of the meeting with the Director that the bruises were noticed. Our granddaughter has never returned to this facility, the Director has stopped responding to the parents, and a complaint filed, with photos, with the necessary agencies. Both the woman and the Director should be removed from this facility.
