Upon entering the building, the atmosphere was depressing and miserable. The quality of the classrooms was not only dull and lacking adequate resources and stimulation for children, but they were also unsanitary and unkempt. The management seemed indifferent and disconnected, appearing apathetic towards the children's well-being, as if they were only there for the paycheck. Moreover, the overall state of the facility raises questions about the value for money. Considering the subpar conditions and the lack of engagement from the management, it seems highly questionable whether the cost of services provided at this childcare facility is justified. TLDR; My visit to this childcare facility left me deeply concerned and disappointed!

Photos have been shown to numerous medical and those professionally involved with DCFS and have all agreed what they looked like. Our granddaughter has also experienced a significant change in behavior going from a very happy outgoing 2 year old to one that suddenly stops and gets extremely sad and lays down on the ground and hides her face. This change developed over a few weeks after being moved into the 2's room. I personally had interaction that day with the woman that I believe was responsible. She was extremely negative about our granddaughter, made very libelous remarks about my son and his wife, to me directly, and expressed her dislike for our granddaughter stating her scream was too loud. When I went to pick up my granddaughter that day (because she stated she could not stop her from screaming) my granddaughter was laying on her cot, quietly, just starring at me. When I asked her to come to me she stayed looking frozen in fear. When I picked her up she immediately buried her face into my shoulder until we reached the front office, refusing to look at this woman. This woman approached me wearing a large fluffy robe and had been lying next to another child in the back of the room. When the Director of this facility was confronted the next morning by the parents, they were told the woman acted completely unprofessionally, that they had no concerns with their parenting, and that the woman was "having a bad day". Then fire her!!! No one that acts that way should be left with any vulnerable child. It was the day of the meeting with the Director that the bruises were noticed. Our granddaughter has never returned to this facility, the Director has stopped responding to the parents, and a complaint filed, with photos, with the necessary agencies. Both the woman and the Director should be removed from this facility.

They also take very seriously who picks up the children and make sure the right person has signed in. Each person has to have a code when they come in and they make sure you are who you say you are. Very clean, organized and cheerful rooms, plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play. Plenty of parking.

Raven, Sabra, Ro, and all the other infant teachers have made my anxiety of having a baby in daycare decrease 100%! I stated my concerns regarding class crowding and unsafe practices by members that appear to have some form of emotional troubles or neurological issues. For that crime I was lectured on how I need to be more "patient" with other members as each individual is on their own "fitness journey". Additionally, she went on to state that there were no crowding issues because the classes (according to her) can fit more than what they don't actually have room for currently. I am sure she is not concerned about crowding because the more people they squeeze into a small room the better reflection on her and her poor management of the Navarre Branch. Basically via her snide and condescending email message she was telling me she has no regard for my concern as they relate to members and if I don't like it, I can go elsewhere because as far as she is concerned she doesn't want any negative feedback to reflect on her and her inability to manage group classes. Avoid this branch and attend at Gulf Breeze or Pensacola. Finally, this gym is dirty as well. The only cleaning of equipment is done by the class participants.

I was helped by Annie and she was very helpful, informative and friendly. She gave me the membership application, and other flyers for different programs they offer. She even gave me a folder to put all the forms in--very thoughtful. There is free WiFi, a Kids Zone, and plenty of parking. I believe they are also in the process of expanding which is definitely a good idea. Will do another update the next time I come in.

They have multiple bouncy houses, but one is placed dangerously close--only about 6 inches away--to a metal post that runs from floor to ceiling. The area in front of the post is just mesh, meaning there's no padding to prevent kids from hitting it. Unfortunately, my son was playing in that bounce house when another child pushed him, causing him to hit his head hard on the metal post. He ended up with a giant bump, and we were seriously worried about a concussion. The employees were kind enough to offer ice and assured me that the director would call me on Monday--but I never heard a word from them. Parents, please be cautious if your child is jumping here. I'd strongly recommend checking how close the inflatables are to walls or other hazards. This could have been much worse, and I hope they address this serious safety issue before another child gets hurt. I just read a few reviews from another site regarding this place, and this seems to be an ongoing issue. They obviously do not care about the safety of the kids jumping in these bounce houses. This is unacceptable.
