First time coming and I just have to say this is such an amazing place. Set up like a fancy dinner but is a diner style fee. Had a table of 8 and they were able to get us in and seated very quickly. I ordered the special the roast beef and it was everything I could need, just like a home cooked meal. Place was super clean and staff was nice will definitely be back.

What a nice place with a great menu selection. We all decided to try the polish food and it was good, but next time I will try something else. We sat in the bar area and our server was very nice, friendly, and attentive. I definitely recommend you try this place. We did and will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Mini Polish Combo (2 cheese pierogis, cheese roll, 2 potato pancakes)

Came here for late lunch/early dinner. Ordered the Mini Polish Combo (cheese pierogis, cheese roll & potato pancakes). Added a cabbage roll. Portion size was adequate, but food was very bland (devoid of any seasoning). Enjoyed a slice of lemon berry mascarpone cake for dessert. Waitress was attentive but not overbearing. Atmosphere of restaurant comes across as a more elegant, fine dining (we sat in bar area), but we arrived in street clothes.

Us enjoying a great meal and great service at very reasonable prices with great portions!

Went to a banquet at Marcus Grill on 11/22/25. Absolutely 2nd to none! The Polish selection of foods, tray after tray served family style to our tables left an ever-lasting impression and we will not only be back again and again, but we will also be sharing this dining experience with the many friends that we meet out for dinners at regular establishments throughout the Macomb County and Oakland County areas! The service only was a great compliment to our dining experience! They truly do go over and above and served the very best Polish Food I have experienced in the Macomb County area! BRAVO!

Food very good. Hot, large portions, and very flavorful. Large menu with many Polish choices. Peirgos ranked as one of the best I have enjoyed. (You can also purchase them by the dozen to go!) Overflowing with cheese. Amy, our server, was very helpful, attentive, and invested in the business. Decor dated. A bit noisey.

Pretty yummy food, and very sweet service! We also got pierogis! We did a potato and a cheese, but we liked the potato better!

Lobster grilled cheese sandwiches thrown in the boxes. Disappointing.

We have dined in and done carryout a few times. Our handicapped aunt cannot get around to join us there so we order her favorite (lobster grilled cheese & soup) and bring to her in the nursing home. We did this on Saturday (7/22) and we have learned we have to be specific and ask for things like ketchup for my husband fries (??) and how many silverware sets and napkins we would like. So I asked for 3 sets of silverware, extra napkins etc. We got 2 knives, 2 forks and no spoons despite the fact that we got two soups. Both lobsters grilled cheese sandwiches were literally thrown in the boxes (see pics). $60 for lunch for 3 people you expect some common sense and professionalism. I consider myself to be a generous tipper even on carryout - will not be doing that again...

Polish food was decent. Place was crowded on a Sunday afternoon. It seemed like an after church kind of place to go. The server was kind of weird. She was not friendly and had a weird vibe about her. We could see she was friendly to her other tables and attended to them a lot but with us she barely came around. I specifically came here to try their Polish food. I think I will stick to my other place.

Since my uncle was in town visiting from Washington state and hasn't had home cooked Polish food in a long time we decided to have a mini family reunion here. Wawel Royal Castle is part of the Polish Cultural Center. They have a separate dining area but they also can host different events. The evening we were there, a Sunday, they had ballroom dancing going on in the hall part. We were quickly seated and our waitress was a young lady who was new and had never made a Cosmopolitan or a dirty martini. She asked us to be patient while she attempted to try. She did a great job! We started with the pierogi platter for the table. It came on a charcuterie board and there was 16 pierogis. Talk about hitting the pierogi jackpot! These were melt in your mouth delicious. We all tried combo plates for our main entrée. Everything from the city chicken to the glabki (stuffed cabbage) was excellent. They did not have fresh sausage but did have smoked sausage. That was the only thing that wasn't that great. It tasted like Ekrich. Other than that the food and the service was fantastic. Very authentic and reasonably priced. Come hungry because the portions are large.

Homemade pierogies, Glumpki (soelling?), including the sauce. Awesome sauerkraut and two types of sausage, although I do prefer the smoked, both go great when dipped into a horseradish mustard sauce that they give to us upon request. I'm not a big potato pancake person, but it was homemade and prepared correctly. I also grabbed a side salad and it's not cheap iceberg salad, rather a nice variety of greens. They even catered to me when I asked for extra dressing because I like to drown my salad! I got a couple of Polish beers and they have a nice bourbon selection. My wife wasn't feeling Polish food, so she got the pork chops, which smelled great and she said were delicious. Two large cuts, right off the grill, and a bunch of sides. No complaints! The waitress was very accommodating and service was perfect. It was pretty busy in there, but she handled all of the tables and we never felt like we had to wait for anything. Cool atmosphere on the inside and plenty of parking, just a nice place to hang out and have dinner, stress free. They also have several TVs so if there's a game on, you'll be able to watch it. Now The Bad...The polish plate was not good at all. The best part was the boiled potatoes. The golabki (stuffed cabbage) had no flavor and cheap spaghetti sauce was used instead of traditional tomato sauce. The fresh and smoked sausage, sauerkraut, and pierogi had no seasoning and was extremely bland. The wife ordered the polish sliders, and she couldn't even finish one. The best part of her dinner was the french fries. Even the tap beer we ordered tasted skunked. If you're looking for good polish food I suggest you make the trip to Hamtramck.
