They always do their best to provide excellent customer service. I've worked with many banks over the past 40 years, and this is the best branch I've ever worked with. Other reviews which criticize this brand may be reacting to the fact that there are certain rules and procedures that banks must follow in order to ensure that people's money is safe and protected. That is not a problem with them branch! That is how banks safeguard our money! It can be a hassle, but the procedures are reasonable when one considers the great responsibility that branches have to prevent fraud and theft.

Today Laura refused to give me the person's name that I was dealing with that refuse to right the balance on the receipt so I don't know her name. Every month I go there and make my payment for my credit card the teller has always written my balance after payment on my receipt. Laura told me I won't be given you her name so therefore I couldn't add the girl's name in the complaint a corporate but long story short I'm upset at the fact I got different service then I have always received.

We used Houwzer because our neighbor across sold with Houwzer and I can say it was a great decision…read moregoing with them. The marketing and open house was advertised with many signs that dwarfed the other RE competitors. We had an offer a little over a week of going live and sold at our expected price. Our agent, Jeannie, was very attentive at our needs, and responded to every unexpected requests from all parties. Houwzer's selling point is its flat rate for the Seller side. Initially I was skeptical about getting enough buyer exposure, but they pay the Buyer's agent their normal commission, but the Seller side is just a flat rate. Additionally the listing is in the MLS so it would be the same as if going to any dedicated RE service company. There are other discount brokers out there at even lower commissions, but you need to do your due diligence as some of them do not list in the MLS, only list at their websites, and the buyer agent commission is reduced so there would not be incentive to bring you qualified buyers. I debated on this, and Houwzer was the clear choice, unless you are willing to risk putting your house on the market for months and months before it's sold.

I remember a friend of mine was going through a refi and he swore to me his guy is the best and no need for him to call Mike, Once he told what his closing costs were and I told him what Mike costs were (we refied around the same time) he changed his mind. Mike was able to save him 50% on his closing costs, but even better beat his rate by half a percent, YES HALF A PERCENT!! I have refied and everyone I know has refied with Mike ever since. But most importantly when we were purchasing the house our kids were going to grow up on when we had a very sensitive settlement date, Mike delivered. Not only were his rates and costs the best in the business but his professionalism and dedication made sure I settle on the date and even beat it by a week. Mike is awesome in everyway plus he saves you money LOTS OF IT!!! how can you beat that?
