Our experience with Linton Hall Realtors was top notch. I have to say that surprisingly Ashley Leigh exceeded our expectations time and time again throughout the process. It started with Ashley providing us expert advice during the pricing and contract phase on both the home we purchased and the home we sold. As we marched through the process, we came to find out that everything Ashley & Team suggested / proposed was very accurate if not spot on. The Linton Hall photographer was very professional an took excellent pictures of the home we sold. We definitely believe that the pictures Heidi took are largely responsible for the amount of traffic we received. We immediately ran an open house by direction of Ashley. This generated a lot of buzz and ultimately resulted in lots of second showings being scheduled the days following. We accepted a full price offer with no closing costs 7 days after we listed. A few days were spent on our part, sifting through the 5 offers we received. The whole process was mapped out with mile markers defined by Ashley with set actions that he followed through on. Ashley closely tracked the progress and checked off the list for what our buyer needed to have completed and when. He also kept us in line to ensure that we completed the inspection, appraisal, loan paperwork, title company paperwork, and other various sign offs involved during the buying/ selling process. Ashley was very attentive to all of our needs and quickly answered ALL of our questions/inquiries. He demonstrated a nice balance for us of both verbal and written communication (email). He used a docusign system that it made it a wiz to sign all the agreements and contracts along the way. He also kept us very informed on the statuses of progress with the couple we bought the home from and the buyers of our house we sold. We both felt a solid sense of comfort and confidence in the life changing transactions we were so deeply engaged in. We never doubted either side of the deals as Ashley never left us to question or not fully understand any of the steps in the process. SO HAPPY we had Heidi Ludwig of Linton Hall Realtors as our buyers agent! She was absolutely wonderful in every way! We did a long distance military move and we purchased a new construction. She was so helpful during the contract & negotiation portion and answered all of our questions. When we had to go back out of state after the contract was signed, she was always was available to us for questions and super responsive! We were unable to be there in person for the interior selection process which was very challenging and when one of the vendors was not able to get us pricing information or get back to us in a timely manner, Heidi personally went there, on multiple occasions, to deal with the situation for us. She also brought many samples into the home so we could see them in the actual space! Navigating our first new build was especially stressful because we had to do everything from far away, and we couldn't have done it without her expertise and help! Heidi is a huge asset to have as an agent, she will look out for your interests! We are so thankful she was with us in this, we really couldn't have done this without her! We had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Denise Finley. When we learned we would be transferred to the area quickly, without time to think about all the logistics, we decided we would first rent a property to get to know the area. Plus, we own a home where we are moving from. We called several different Real Estate Agents and we were greeted with much resistance and disappointment (from other firms). One agent even stated, "it wasn't worth his time to show rentals." Needless to say, it was shocking and un-nerving. I highly recommend Dler Snawy as a realtor agent. Me and my wife were introduced to Dler by a mutual friend very early in the process of buying our home. I've bought and sold several homes in my lifetime, and I can genuinely say that Dave Milhiser at Linton Hall Realtors was the best realtor I've ever had the pleasure to work with. I was tasked with selling my mother's home after her death last year - and I was rather uneducated about the area of her home and quite honestly, wanted to unload it to simply focus on the grieving process. Chad Hollingsworth was our specific agent. I had bought and sold 6 homes prior to this sale. I am very aware of the quality of agents. This was my Dads house. Everything had to be done for us as we do not live in the area. Of the 4 agents we interviewed ( from different firms), Chad was far and away the most professional. I chose Linton Hall Realtors after having a less than pleasant experience with a previous realtor. As it was my first time selling a house, I was very nervous and lost about the procedure. Upon speaking to Ashley Leigh, the owner, promptly after submitting my request on their website, I was assigned Dave Milhiser as my agent. Dave was sympathetic but very direct about what needed to be done and put me on a timeline so I would stop spinning my wheels. He was honest and available at all times for any questions I had. All costs were made clear up front and there were no surprises upon settlement. The realtor commission was the standard 6 percent, 3 to the seller and 3 to the buyer agent. This may be too much for some people, but if you don't know what you're doing and want an aggressive, professional service to include photos, brochures, flyers and agent availability, it is worth the cost. We had the privilege of selling our horse property with the assistance of Patty Stronko. Patty was recommended to us by a friend after several false starts with other realtors. Horse properties are unique, and require an understanding both of their value and of the needs of potential buyers.
