She loved her job and was so great! I showed up for my 6-month cleaning, and no mention that Leah was gone. I got some girl who went to town on my mouth!! She "cleaned" my teeth in half the time Leah would carefully spend. It was like she was on a race! She shredded part of my gum, gave me sooo many zingers because she was in such a hurry, plus a fat lip down the center of my lower lip!! My family is cancelling all future appointments. My mouth is so torn up tonight, I am angry! Plus, this place has taken over what used to look like a sophisticated office and made into a ridiculous looking kindergarten room. Stay away!

After coming home I realized what happened I was so upset that an important part of my smile that hold a cultural significance is completely wiped. The doctor insists that this is not an intentional lightening of my gum although they clearly said to me that they've "removed some hyperpigmentation" but also they never mentioned in my consultation that this was a possibility nor was it indicated in the consent form. I consulted with a different periodontist after the fact and after reviewing my consent form, that makes no mention of lighter gum as an outcome of a crown lengthening, they suspect that this may have been done, because to some, a lighter gum is "aesthetically preferred". Gum lightening maybe the "in thing" to do right now but I absolutely didn't consent to it. In fact I hate my results so much that I wish I never altered my original smile. I recommend anyone who wouldn't want alterations to their smile on a whim of a doctor to avoid this place.

Dr. Jill took time to get to know me before we did anything clinical. I came prepared with written information about things that would help me during my visit, and the entire team welcomed it. With my permission, they worked together to make sure everyone involved in my care understood what I needed. Jackie truly was my twin. She did my cleaning and made sure I understood every move. She is a saint. There were a few moments when I became overwhelmed, and Jill & Jackie handled every one of them with so much patience and grace. I was never made to feel difficult, embarrassed, rushed, or like I was taking up too much time. What stood out most was that the kindness never felt performative or like they were simply "accommodating" me. It was woven naturally into the way they cared for me. They charged him around 250 for one scan that most offices do for free. Luckily he was able to be seen somewhere else and they fixed his tooth the same day. Poor communication and also outrageous prices. They were going to charge my dad 2700 when another office in Preston Hollow charged him less 989 for the same service. We will not be going back to this place.
