It is my go to store. As I travel around many places I find myself wishing there was a Drug Mart…read morearound. One thing I have noticed, as they build new stores, they are bigger. There is an older store near me that just has the basic necessities like milk, bread, hot dogs, OJ, toothpaste etc. But on one trip I went to a new store it had a bakery, meat market, deli, and it was huge. If you didn't find it there, you don't need it. The staff in all their stores is pleasant and helpful.

Now I'm back on hold with the nurses hotline trying to get it sent somewhere else because she needs it. I've been wanting to switch pharmacies for awhile and this just seals the deal. I use the drive through and half the time it is closed, forcing customers to go inside. When it is open, drive thru customers are usually the last taken care of. Sorry I have sick kids that I don't want to drag into the store filled with other sick people. But to have a pharmacy closed all day on a Saturday is just ridiculous.

Immediately after I began using CVS I noticed the customer service was lacking, and they were almost always out of some key products I use regularly. In addition, they stopped stocking Arizona Ice Tea RX Energy products, which I purchased regularly and when I inquired about it, they said it was a corporate decision due to the sugar content. I said that was funny, as they continued to stock multitude of other drinks and products that contained sugar. I use CVS for my prescriptions now only, and then immediately go across the street to Walgreens to purchase all the rest of my needs, including the Arizona products. It makes absolutely no sense to spend money to attract customers into your store, and have them have to go elsewhere for their purchasing needs. If there is a more poorly managed store, I cannot imagine it.

When I passed the cashier station, several minutes later, they were still waiting with no assistance. I found an associate, the woman with and red hair and thick rimmed glasses, and politely told her that there were people waiting as she scrolled through her cell phone in the middle of an aisle. She angrily walked up to the cashier station, picked up the sign that reads 'please ring bell for service', and the customer's product, and slammed them down on the counter, and then put the bell right in front of it. She went behind the cashier station and sarcastically asked them "can I help you?" I put my product on the closest shelf where it didn't even belong and called her ignorant and walked out. I went across the street to Walgreens where there is always a cashier available and they are always nice. I will never go back to this CVS again.

The photo ladies who were working were highly unprofessional. I gave my name to pick up pictures and the one with short hair said there was no order there. I walked out to check my text messages and I had the order #. I went back inside and the other lady asked me for my phone number and as I was giving it to her the other lady that been there since 2005 and short hair said "I told her they was not an order" . I asked then why would I get an order number. They both said " I don't know" I just looked at both of them and said nevermind. So, as a customer service person on one of the busiest days before a major holiday should have used their skills and said no problem we can reprint the order. Nope they just stuck to we can't find it .. it's not here .. didn't even ask me for the order # when I said I have it here twice. I will be taking my photo printing business to the local Drug Mart where their employees are polite and the store is clean and there is ALWAYS a manager on the floor.

My doctor wrote a prescription…read morefor a 90 day supply of a medication and the pharmacy technician told me that my insurance did not cover the medication so I had to pay over $60 for it and then I found out that my insurance company actually does cover this prescription but only for a 30 day supply instead of 90 days and that it should've only cost me $10 so I ended up paying double the price and they "mistakenly" told me it just wasn't covered when it actually was. So I called the pharmacy to ask why I was told the wrong information and just trying to get some understanding and I was very nice about it but I just wanted to know what happened. The technician was so rude to me about it and said "well it wasn't me that did it" and I told her I understood that and I wasn't blaming her but she was acting like I was accusing her of the mistake and I wasn't but she just was so rude and not nice at all and she basically just hung up on me by rudely saying "I'll be back" and put me on hold without allowing me time to say anything and I eventually just hung up after being on hold. She was not interested in helping me or trying to figure out why I had to pay double for my prescription bc someone there didn't do their job correctly. Who wants to pay double for a prescription when they shouldn't have to?? No one. I've been going to this cvs pharmacy for many years but I will not use them again
