I will NEVER go to this cvs pharmacy location in Brunswick again. My doctor wrote a prescription for a 90 day supply of a medication and the pharmacy technician told me that my insurance did not cover the medication so I had to pay over $60 for it and then I found out that my insurance company actually does cover this prescription but only for a 30 day supply instead of 90 days and that it should've only cost me $10 so I ended up paying double the price and they "mistakenly" told me it just wasn't covered when it actually was. So I called the pharmacy to ask why I was told the wrong information and just trying to get some understanding and I was very nice about it but I just wanted to know what happened. The technician was so rude to me about it and said "well it wasn't me that did it" and I told her I understood that and I wasn't blaming her but she was acting like I was accusing her of the mistake and I wasn't but she just was so rude and not nice at all and she basically just hung up on me by rudely saying "I'll be back" and put me on hold without allowing me time to say anything and I eventually just hung up after being on hold. She was not interested in helping me or trying to figure out why I had to pay double for my prescription bc someone there didn't do their job correctly. Who wants to pay double for a prescription when they shouldn't have to?? No one. I've been going to this cvs pharmacy for many years but I will not use them again read more

Let me tell you something you better have a full tank of gas going through this pharmacy drive thru because they act like they back there making the medicine instead of getting us through the line efficiently!! Horrible service. read more

I've had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. How do you "lose" someone's prescription? Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES? and for them to send that annoying automated call saying your order is ready to be picked up but when you go it's not even filled. This will be thee last time I ever have mine or my family's prescriptions filled here. read more

I am rarely at the pharmacy because I only go during emergencies. I was on my lunch break, so I decided to go through the drive through. There is a sign that says "ring for service" so I pressed it, then I reached to see if I had to pull the box open. I have never done it, so I don't know, right? A lady with colored hair comes to the window and the first thing out of her mouth is "I hope you didn't touch that" and I go "I have never done this before I'm sorry". I give her the papers from the doctor's office, she returns and (with rude tone) "are you picking up prescriptions?" I say yes, "well this is not the right paperwork". Confused, I say well my doctor told me I was good to go. She shuts the window. I watch her pull my name up on the computer. She comes back and says "your prescriptions aren't ready yet" and I asked her how long it would take and explained that I am on a lunch break, "I don't know we are busy today, we will text you when they are ready". I think your employees need to be trained on customer service. One: I should have been greeted, but I got "I hope you didn't touch that". Two: She should have looked to see if I had online prescriptions before telling me that I did not have the right paperwork. Three: HER TONE. Treated me like I was a bother. I am sitting here uncomfortable and in pain, hence why I am there for medicine, I do not nor does anyone deserve being treated that way. Four: Explaining how picking up a prescription works. "I understand you are on a lunch break; however, we have high volumes today. For your convenience, CVS has a texting service that will inform you when your prescriptions are ready so you do not have to wait around." not "I don't know, we are busy today". I hope this lady does not treat elderly this way, but I am sure she does. She flustered me so much that I apologized for doing what the sign said. I was not greeted, and I was treated like I was a bother to her. For this reason, I do not recommend going to this store, I would rather drive across town or switch pharmacy's completely. read more

My favorite area drug store! I've loved CVS ever since it was still called REVCO. A reliable source for prescription drugs, especially if you need regular refills. Their computerized system gives you courtesy calls when it's time to get your prescription renewed and does all the "leg work". 21st Century convenience medication shopping was pioneered here! I love their weekly fliers, where I always find popular items on sale. This leads to a lot of "impulse shopping", but I'm always happy I stopped. CVS encourages customers to bring their own reusable carry bags and rewards customers who participate with bonus cash. CVS recently stopped selling tobacco products, which was a bold and wonderful move. At last a corporation placing their customers health above their own profits. BRAVO!
