My stereo, fobs, locks, camera and the alarm system all stopped working! In addition, it took me a whole week to get the car back. Al was looking for a part for me and quoted me $844 for a part that should only be costing $100-$50 . Rip off! After i got my car back, with the additional new different problems, Al then proceeded to tell me that he will be charging me more labour on top, to fix something he completely neglected in first place! This service is ridiculous and would never be going back there again!!

They diagnosed it that day and already sourced out used and new parts. It was big job to replace rear differential. When we picked up our car he took us out back to show us the used differential. Great service. Very busy garage but got the job done for us and squeezed us in to diagnosis. Happy with service especially during the busy summer season when out of towners are in the area and require servicing.

He then repeated that we did our job. I spent 20 minutes wandering the lot and then went into service to check on any recalls on my 2017 Explorer. I then went into the showroom where there was numerous sales people talking to one another and very few customers. After 10-15 minutes I then wandered back outside to look at more inventory. Not once in the entire time I was there did any individual say good morning or can I help you. I'm quite disappointed as I'm seriously looking at upgrading our Ford Platinum to a pickup truck but having second thoughts about where I deal .
