They have been great and worked with me when it came to the costs as I am a single mom with very little extra money for these types of expenses. I used to go to a different shop but I will now only go here as I did not feel like they treated me like I was stupid or like they could take advantage of the fact I do not know much about cars. My stereo, fobs, locks, camera and the alarm system all stopped working! In addition, it took me a whole week to get the car back. Al was looking for a part for me and quoted me $844 for a part that should only be costing $100-$50 . Rip off! After i got my car back, with the additional new different problems, Al then proceeded to tell me that he will be charging me more labour on top, to fix something he completely neglected in first place! This service is ridiculous and would never be going back there again!!

They diagnosed it that day and already sourced out used and new parts. It was big job to replace rear differential. When we picked up our car he took us out back to show us the used differential. Great service. Very busy garage but got the job done for us and squeezed us in to diagnosis. Happy with service especially during the busy summer season when out of towners are in the area and require servicing.
