How does this only have one review??? Literally everyone and their mama needs to eat here and review here. I live right behind this Marcos. Marcos is one of my favorite chain pizza places....and to be honest even tho I am a Whiteland resident I was worried when we were getting a Marcos cuz I assumed it would be mediocre. However.....we have eaten here so many times I can't even count. And not once was I disappointed. Sometimes my husband and I meet up there for lunch too cuz they have great lunch specials. It's weird because....well I don't wanna sound rude but honestly every time I go there the employees seem less than enthused to be there or anywhere for that matter and I always wonder if the food will reflect that. But it never has. Always has been fresh and perfect. I only have one complaint.....I am an avid beer drinker and have always known of the term "skunked" but never knew what it tasted like. One night I ate here with my Dad and I got a Blue moon or something and I took a swig and I was like oh my gosh what is WRONG with this beer???? I asked my dad, "Hey is this what a skunked beer is?" He sniffed it and was like oh my gosh YES. So that was my first experience of a disgusting beer. Other than that everything has been perfect. The only reason I didn't change my star to 4 was cuz it's a pizza place not a beer place and I feel like based off all of the other multiple experiences we have had here they deserve 5. read more

They failed to locate my house, again. This wasn't the first time a Marco's driver from the Whiteland, In location called to say they are lost. I live in a new subdivision, and I was the only house when I moved in on 10/31/2025. I understand the initial confusion. FedEx and UPS couldn't find my house either. But this is probably the 7th time I've ordered Marco's. They do not listen when I suggest jotting down directions to my house for the next time. They say they have GPS, but the GPS they use changes the name of my address and from there, they get lost in space. I'm done with the soggy luke warm pizza and pizzoli. I called the store after the delivery driver called me for directions. The lady general manager whom I spoke with did not apologize, did not offer a discount for this order or a future order. She said my food is in a new type container which keeps the food hot. There for a while, I happened to have the same driver...and of course he didn't need GPS once he knew where I am. But that driver, Alan, isn't always working at this location. By the way, I live 5 minutes away. Keep ordering if you have good luck with their delivery. I will be waiting a while before I chance it again. read more

Last week we ordered a pizza from here - got the Pepperoni Melt, with added mushrooms. It was SUPERB, hot and fresh with lots of melty cheese and baked to perfection. It was so delicious we wanted another one a few days later. Ordered it exactly the same. It did NOT have extra cheese as specified in the Pepperoni Melt description, and was way overbaked, the thin crust like a cracker. Worst of all, they had apparently forgotten to put the mushrooms on before baking it, so when it came out of the oven and they discovered the oversight, they threw a bunch of COLD mushrooms on top of the pizza - they had not been baked and were not under the cheese with the pepperoni. It was a terrible pizza and a lot of it went into the trash. I was so disgusted I forgot to take a picture of it, but I wish I had. Marco's has been a little bit hit-or-miss for us over the years, but never this bad. We won't be ordering from here again any time soon, unfortunately. read more

As a resident of Whiteland, IN my whole life I have become accustomed to not having many restaurant options to choose from. Honestly, I wasn't too thrilled when I heard a pizza place was coming to town but boy was I WRONG! I have picked up pizza and wings and received the best customer service from the staff and also have had our meal delivered and always friendly drivers. Never any mistakes on our orders (fingers crossed I didn't just jinx myself)! THE FOOD THOUGH. Wow, I am very picky when it comes to chicken wings and they have such great plain wings (I don't like sauce, I'm weird). Their pizza and breadsticks are tasty too but those wings! The inside is very clean and cute, not what you would expect from looking on the outside. Enjoy! read more

Ordered pizza with sausage , mushroom And green olives. The toppings were good , The crust was good, But I can't tell you how frustrating it is to take the first bite and there is hardly any Sauce on the pizza. So what do I do now Complain and wait for them to make a new One and do it right???? The rest of the Pizza was worse due to the sauce being more and more scarce. I want my money back. Lol read more

I was potentially a first time buyer & ordered a pizza last evening to be delivered. I never received the pizza. I talked to the manager & he told me the pizza was delivered. It WAS not delivered to my house. He basically said I was lying & refused to give me a refund. If you MUST buy a pizza here and I don't recommend it, go & pick up the pizza yourself. read more

My pizza was delivered smashed to the side. The driver had car issues ig..but he was still extra polite even tho Ik he was stressed lol I called in about it and the manager personally came and delivered a fresh pizza with a gift certificate for a free large pizza!! The food is great and the customer service is better!! read more

Let me start out by saying our family absolutely loves the pizza that's why this is so unfortunate to write I have had my order be wrong here THREE times the 1st they did not include the sauce I paid for bummer but not a big deal I let it go... 2nd time they gave me the entirely wrong salad and not what I ordered I called to have this corrected and they had the audacity to ask me to come pick up the right salad when I paid and tipped a delivery driver ok that got me mad but when I said NO they got someone to bring me the right salad... kinda it was still wrong but I was satisfied with it.... 3rd and last time I will ever order from you guys they gave me bone-in chicken wings when I ordered boneless because my young child will not eat bone in wings when I called and asked them to correct this and that I was upset because it seems they have a hard time getting orders right he told me that he was going to credit my account and add funds to my Marcos account for next time I order.... that was over 2 weeks ago and I keep checking still nothing I am disappointed and angry but I'm just done!
