Although the pizza at Marco's was fine, when delivered to my home recently, they somehow forgot to include the salad I ordered. The delivery person apologized and asked whether I wanted him to drive back and get it or get a refund. I felt having someone make a round trip for part of an order was a waste of time and fuel so I asked for a refund for the salad on my credit card. It was a small thing, but I was surprised that the refund never appeared. After five days, I called the business to find out why I wasn't credited. The person answering said they couldn't help. I had to talk to a manager. They put me on hold and after eight minutes, they hung up. I called a second time, and a different person answered and I got the same treatment. When someone takes your money, and doesn't provide a product, and isn't willing to refund the cost...they have a name for that in Texas. I don't care how good the pizza is...I won't ever trust Marco's Pizza again for anything. read more

I've only had Marco's pizza two or three times before. I always thought it was good pizza, but I recently saw the commercial for the Honey Spicy Pepperoni pizza and I HAD to try it! I called the store and a gentleman told me it was an online special. While placing my order online I noticed the button for that item was not working, so I called the store and the same gentleman answered. He was so nice and helped me place my order so easily. The pizza and cheesy bread were delectable. My 2nd time trying this location and it definitely won't be the last. The cheesy bread had a subtle crunch that perfectly complimented the stringy texture of the cheese. The pizza was cooked to perfection and was very flavorful. These people SUCK!!! First off Donna on the phone couldn't take an order to save her life. We were supposed to get cheesy bread and Donna didn't even put it on there. TERRIBLE customer service!!!! Today, I placed an online order for carry-out, and since my wife was on her way home, I asked her to stop by and pick it up. When she arrived, I noticed that the order was incomplete and was missing a 2-liter drink. I double-checked my order and confirmed that the drink had been included. I then called the establishment, and a young lady answered. After explaining the situation, she quickly escalated the call to a supervisor. For context, my wife wasn't familiar with the specifics of the order, as I had placed it remotely for her to pick up. The manager came on the phone, and I politely explained what had happened. He offered either for me to pick up the drink or receive a $4 credit. I told him that neither option was acceptable since this mistake had caused a significant inconvenience for our dinner plans. His response was, "Then just come pick it up." I asked if he would be willing to reimburse me for fuel, to see if he thought that was fair, and he quickly escalated again, responding, "It's not my fault your wife forgot the drink," before abruptly hanging up. I then got into my car and drove to the establishment. When I arrived, I approached the supervisor, who seemed to be in charge due to a different colored uniform. I asked him if he thought his response on the phone was professional. His reply, in a very arrogant tone, was, "Do you want your drink or not?" I said yes, but I also wanted his name and the contact information for the district office. He handed me the drink but ignored my additional request. I turned to another staff member, but he said, "I have nothing to do with this issue." I then asked the rest of the staff, but they all ignored me. Finally, when I verbally mentioned I was recording the interaction, one employee finally assisted me. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The young man I dealt with has no business being in a leadership role, and his behavior reflects poorly on upper management and ownership. I will make sure this issue is shared with local reporting agencies to ensure no one else has to deal with this level of unprofessionalism. The prices are good, the pies are big and fresh when we get them and the ingredients are flavorful and delicious. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. I asked for no ranch, they gave me two ranch packets. I ask for no cheese, the put one singular shred of cheese. I have a severe milk allergy and I could've had an allergic reaction and died. This was extremely heartbreaking, especially because this is a place I frequent with my family. The ambience here was just absolutely atrocious today, and I do not know why it absolutely reeked in that building. You have lost an extremely valuable customer and I will indeed be taking my money elsewhere. read more

We normally go to papa John's but wanted to give Marcos a try. We ordered for a first time and everything was great. We decided to order for a second time and spent $69.72 on 2 pizzas. Wings and a brownie and 3 extra garlic cups. They got the pizza here and tipped the driver $10 cash they were happy. We opened the second pizza and 2 of the garlic cups were busted on about 4 of the slices making them soggy, so we called to talk to the guy (forgot name) and he offered to refund our card but we asked him to credit the account and he said yes he could, all we would have to do was have our phone number that was associated with our account and call and let them know next time we ordered. Well we tried to order some pizza a couple weeks later and the guy who answered said there was nothing at all on our account!!! Not only that he couldn't pull up our order, but we had it on our credit card and told him we could show him, he said no there was nothing he can do. I think this so unfair especially when we were told we would have credit for the pizza next time. We lost out on the pizza and our money! I think they need to make it right!! read more

Ordered online for a pizza night after hearing the pizza place recently opened and ordered the LG Pizza and Cheesy Bread special for $14.99 on the app. Pick up was easy despite the pizza place being full, paid and ordered online and was home in now time! The pizza was cheesy and full of flavor great and evening sauced with great pepperoni and cheesy ingredients! The cheesy bread melts in your mouth with marina sauce and ranch included! I've been here twice and have to say the pizza is great! We used to go to little ceasers for a cheap option but when their prices started to increase we decided to try out Marcos. We've never been back to LC. It's a little pricier but totally worth it. I just spent 22 minutes in the pick up drive thru after arriving at the promised ready time. 6 minutes of that was at the actual window before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. Hands down the worst Marcos pizza I've ever had. The first time I ordered from them one of the toppings on the pizza tasted terrible and I had to drive and get a different one. Today they delivered the pizza to the wrong house and when I called they told me to wait 10 more minutes because sometimes their drivers mark delivered when they're down the street. Called back 10 minutes later and was told the manager was making me a new pizza I had already waited over an hour for the first one so I just cancelled it.
