There are a wide range of toppings and I love that they have vegan protein options! I went during lunch rush so it was pretty crowded and I ended up sitting outside. The inside looked clean with simple seating arrangements. I forgot to take a picture of my salad but I will definitely return soon and take pics. I know salads dont make the best leftovers but I got two "meals" out of my salad, it was that large. If you're looking for a fresh create-your-own salad, this is the place!

One thing I really liked was the seasoning/powder they topped the onions with, that added a really nice flavor. The veggies were decent as well. The platter was around $15.89, which felt a little on the higher side for the portion of chicken provided. There was a lot more rice than protein. The chicken itself was okay, but it felt a bit chewy. To be fair, I did pick it up and brought it back to work before eating, so that may have affected the texture. Overall, it was decent and I'd probably give them another try, maybe next time eating fresh at the truck might make a difference.

Never did I expect to find a whole restaurant dedicated to chicken salads, but it actually makes for a very satisfying lunch spot. They have daily specials and on Friday we were excited for their tomato bisque. I tried their pimento cheese chicken salad, and sorta regretted it because it was very sweet when sandwiched in a croissant as my bread. My partner picked their new Jill pickle chicken salad on wheat and as a BLT, it was a much more savory option. We split and swapped our sandwiches which made for a good balance. I also tried their broccoli salad as my side and liked it. It had a light mayo dressing and a bit of cheese and bacon. Their tea options were also good and I drank their peach ice tea. Next time I want to try their buffalo chicken salad or maybe take home one of their to-go portions as an easy meal for the week. I support this restaurant concept! It's so smart that it's next to a healthy grocery store like Sprouts. The food came out super quick too!

Easy location next to Trader Joe's Saw the Korean BBQ chicken ad and looked great. Well.... Every. Single . Item. Was cold, hardly room temp. This has also been a problem on the past.
