I placed a 40$ order for delivery and got a call stating they can't complete my order due to drivers don't carry change with them . I am a paying customer that was going to tip their driver about 20$ all for them to say they are canceling my order after waiting 20 min for my order . unbelievable!!! read more

Placed an online order at 7 pm. was told it would be delivered at 8 pm. No sign of it at 8:20 called to confirm the order was coming. They said it was "out for delivery." Still no sign of it after 9 pm, called again to see what the deal was. They said this time IT HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED YET and could be out for delivery in 30-35 minutes. Decided to have them refund it. Not only would they not give a reason for what was taking so long, they lied about it being out for delivery when they clearly had not even started making it yet. NOT FOLLOWING COVID GUIDELINES. I have been eating from there the past 6 weeks and found the food to be decent. The messed up the order tonight and feel that they did not do a good job with the service recovery. They did remake the pizza but I had to drive the 30 minutes to get the new pizza. They could have at least offered to deliver it or free bread sticks. I spent more time driving to get the food that what it was worth. They dont great you when you arrive. read more

Although we didn't get any pizza from here, I must say the cheesy bread and the wings were fantastic. The cheesy bread was wayyyy bigger than I would've ever expected and the wings were cooked to perfection. Really nice people working here, extremely polite and friendly. read more

Grossest pizza ever! I love trying new pizza places and was excited to try them but that lasted about 5 seconds once I tried it. I love Chicago style pizza. I love NY style pizza. I have no clue what style this is other than nasty! I got a ham and onion and it just had a handful of onions thrown on top on one spot, not scattered all around the pizza. On top of that it simply was not good. I dont know what t would take to make it edible, but they only have up to go! I am surprised every day when I go by that they are still open. read more

I'm SOLD! No more Pizza Hut for me! I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas. A garlic butter crust, chicken with white sauce and a garlic butter crust, pepperoni. They were both really good! Their pizza actually had flavor and for once I actually ate my crust. My favorite was the chicken pizza. I've never had bad food from Marcos. I have ordered delivery from there plenty of times & it is always delicious! I love how they have different pizzas then the other places. Ordered from them a couple of times never can get the order right and tonight there was so much grease from something that it went through the box and onto my tablecloth. The worst people in Salisbury they did an awful job on our take out pizza wasn't up to the good pizza we ordered when we got home totally disappointed called to make complaint an told we got what you ordered (not) person said he was a manager but would not give his name than hung up on us we called but an got someone else an I said I will be there to settle this. Called at 2:30 pm ordered a large works pizza and a salad for a 4:00 pm pick up. Got there at 3:55 pm. Was handed the pizza at 4:20 . Asked what the problem was they made a deluxe instead. It was my first time trying this. The cheese pizza was very, very good. My issues are with the price and the size of the pizza. Now, the pizza I recieved was the size of my laptop. Way way better than Papa Johns. I ordered the garden pizza and the thing was loaded. I mean the box was so heavy it pulled my hand down carrying it to the car. I've eaten here twice and it was great pizza both times. I really appreciate how they don't skimp on the toppings. App is super easy to use and the pizza is ready when I get there. read more
