Wow, they don't have enough workers. They had to hire Door Dash for delivery. Never got my pizza I call to see what's up and was told Door Dash returned the pizza to the store because of some personal problem Door Dash had.The employees are kids who don't know what to do they need an adult to help manage this place. This is the second and last time I had this problem. I'm not mad at the kids but they need an adult with experience to help and guide these kids. read more

Wait another 10 minutes to talk to someone only to be finally told that I would be put into the queue with the rest of the orders and expected wait is another 40 minutes. How is that acceptable? Wanted to like it, but lack of customer service combined with below par food, makes this place a complete miss. After a delivery order (Pizza & 10 wings) was wrong, I was told that it was the delivery services fault. No responsibility, yet charged for what I didn't receive. No apology, just told basically "too bad". Times are tough right now, and restaurants like this should be bending over backwards to maintain customers when there's so much competition out there. We don't have a Marcos pizza around us anymore where we live, and my daughter wanted specifically "Marcos" pizza for her birthday meal --she hadn't had Marcos in nearly 4 years or so but she remembered it as her favorite pizza. So we drove nearly an hour just to make this happen for her... and when the staff found out, they seriously went above and beyond to make the day special for her! I was blown away the whole drive back at how they truly blessed us. These are the kind of people we all wish we worked with! I was apprehensive b/c it's a chain but was pleasantly surprised on 12/29/16. I placed an order online for 2 medium pizzas a Deluxe Uno w/ added blk olives and a custom ham, mushrooms, onion, green olives. The total after a $4 online ordering discount was $27.65- score! It fed 4 adults and two children. I LOVE that they have both blk and green olives. It wasn't a greasy pizza experience either which is always an added bonus! The pizza itself was good. If you like Jet's pizza and Domino's you'll like Marco's. How I judge a pizza personally is the sauce. Having said that the Sauce on Marco's leaves a lot to be desired. Now they put enough sauce on it...that isn't the issue, the issue is that the sauce is bland and really has no taste to it. Hopefully I can try it a second time in a few more weeks to judge again and see if it improves. The cheese is excellent, we got the meat lovers which no one complained about. We also got a free order of cheesey bread which was great! The reason for the 2 stars is the less than steller sauce and my room mate and I DID get sick off the pizza later that night. Maybe it was a fluke and we will most def. try it one more time to give Marco's the benefit of the doubt. So proceed with caution, Marco's isn't anything special you haven't had before. read more

We bought pizza from Marco's for the first time tonight. We were pretty impressed! It's great chain pizza. Authentic or fancy it isn't, but it beats the heck out of Pizza Hut. We tried their thin and crispy crust, which was really good. I love thin crust has that consistency -- so often it's just thin squishy crust that makes you think the thinness is just to save on their ingredient bottom line. We also tried out the cheesy bread, which was a nice starter. We were astounded by how inexpensive it was (16 for a medium pizza and cheesy bread). And the pizza was delivered with a quickness. The managers just scream at the kids trying to do their job, and the poor kids don't have any idea what they're doing. This women won't even stop yelling. Awful...It looked as if there was no one working even though I could see that there are 3 registers. I saw a woman standing in the kitchen and waved her and she comes up to the counter. She greeted with a smile and said what can she do for me.. This was my first visit to the store so I was not familiar with the menu and I asked her if they have Mozzarella Sticks and she has no clue what these are. You work in a Pizza store and you don't know what Mozzarella Sticks are, I decided not to order anything and walked away without saying a word. First timer to Marco's pizza. Had a thin crust sausage pizza. If your a fan of the crispy thin crust pizza, then this is right up your alley. The three employees there were helpful and fast getting the food out. There was only 3 tables there and very small inside, but I my guessing most of there business is takeout and delivery. I love their pizza, but I have terrible trouble using their online coupons. I have tried three different times now and I cannot complete the order. One time it took me all the way through check out and I called to see where my pizza was and they said they never had the order. The next time I tried to create an account AND order as a guest and both times it would not let me past the screens saying something was missing. Very frustrating. I called the store and they gave me the online discount even though I had to phone it in. They said it was the corporate web site. Every time I see their online coupons I cringe.
