Usually good pizza my go to a xl pepperoni magnifico once a week. The last couple of orders have been terrible less pepperoni than a normal menu pizza when I paid for double old world pepperoni. Loaded extra large pizza slice - serious toppings and filling! I avoided this place for a long time after seeing TV adds thinking it was another Dominos or Pizza Hut. But this pizza surprised me. It was super heavy and loaded with toppings. The sauce is a bit on the tangy side - which might not be for everyone. But I liked it. And chunks on sausage were serious and tasty. It's not an exaggeration to say this pie was absolutely loaded. Despite my apprehension I imagine myself returning here to eat again. Service here sucks! Had an issue with online order. Super rude older lady that's the closer I got passed to pretty much said my problem due to my online order. She refused to give her name. Claimed she couldn't be of no help. We got NO topics on our pizza, just cheese and charged as much as our 2 topping pizza same size. Told her I wouldn't have paid same for a full cheese pizza and it was supposed to have toppings. I had a coupon otherwise to an only cheese pizza since that's what it was and she couldn't and wouldn't apply it. Never had such sucky service anywhere. She's enough of a reason to not go there again. She got on the phone after I already explained my issue to a younger teenage girl and said rudely, "how can I help," she had no intention of helping as could be told by her tone and attitude. I ordered a Deluxe, plus black olives ($3 COUPON) and, yes, the price was a couple of dollars higher, but one piece, with ALL those toppings, was a meal! What a bargain, plus, DELICIOUS. This is our go-to place for takeout pizza in Oro Valley. I've been eating their pizza since moving here in 2009, and liked it from the start. I like the fact that I can customize how "cooked" the pizza/crust is. Most carryout pizzas are underdone, but if I order mine "well-cooked" it is perfect. We ordered a Supreme Uno last night with the garlic crust and it was actually better than usual - must've been the fact that they were making a ton of pizzas for the Wildcats football game watchers, so all the ingredients were fresh. The only thing I haven't been impressed with so far is the garlic crust - doesn't really have the flavor of fresh garlic, so I'd avoid that in the future. I normally order online which works very well, and my pizza has always been ready at the nanosecond it was promised me. When I have gone early thinking they pre-made it, I've had to wait for it to come out of the oven. Toppings are wonderful - sausage, onions, green peppers, etc. have all had excellent flavor. Overall, good stuff. Not 5 stars - this is not gourmet Neapolitan pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven, this is your basic Italian-American style pie. read more

My realtor is the one that first introduced us to this place. When we moved into our first house, she brought my wife pizza and I from Marcos. The pizza was so delicious that we actually began going frequently. Every pizza that we have tried so far has been delicious. We also love the wings and the brownies dessert. The only reason I am not giving this place 5 stars is because of my experience during the Christmas/New Years holiday. My wife and I live in Marana so it's usually around a 20-30 minute drive to get to Marcos. We had just left the Target on Ina when we ordered our food online. It gave us an estimate of about 20-30 minutes (which is the amount of time it would take us to get there.) Once I got there I waited an approximately additional 20 minutes to get my food. While I was waiting no one said anything to me for about 10 minutes after I was waiting to get my food. When they asked me about my order it appeared that they had not started my chicken tenders. I don't remember exactly if they were called chicken tenders because I don't see them on the menu anymore. Anyway, at any rate my pizza and dessert appeared to be finished and they were just waiting on my tenders. Once everything was done, there was no offer to give me a complimentary item or apology. I understand they were busy and I'm not faulting them for that, however, I believe as a business if you give someone an improper estimate, you should make up for that. read more
