I've been ordering for years there and even though some people might not have the greating costumer service, they don't treat my bad, they just might not go above and beyond. We don't normally stop for carry out at this location but a friend wanted pizza and this was the closest Marco's to their home. I was impressed with the nice employees and by how clean the store was. I ordered when I entered the restaurant and waited under 20 minutes. That's not bad timing. I ordered a pepperoni magnifico, medium pineapple, cheesy bread and a salad. Our friend likes pizza cooked well so they honored our request and cooked each item a little longer. Everyone loved the pizza and cheesy bread. The toppings were plentiful and taste fresh. We added our own croutons to the salad and loved how many cut vegetables were inside. It is certainly a good value. I love Marcos pizza, we have it about once a week. I decided to carry out because I had a $10 off coupon, when I arrived they told me I had to print my coupon. I'm attaching a picture of the coupon... not one place on the coupon does it say I need to print! I called the manager and he said the store needs proof, so I suggested emailing it to him so he could have his proof. He refused to give me the $10 off. I'm so confused and he blamed it on their loyalty program the company partners with.... by the time I left my pizza was cold and they decided to give me $2.00 off. Not even 10% off my order! Guess where I won't be returning to? This place. If the pizza was fresh it might be good. But once you've waited 50 minutes for it (not because they haven't made it yet) because they made all three of my items but put them in 3 different places on the heating rack so they just kept telling me they were waiting for the rest to get made. I love their gluten free crust! It's my favorite of all the variations I have tried. (Intolerance/ diet choice, not allergy) but the 'new management' of this location has ruined the website. Gluten free crust isn't an option on the build-your-own part of the site, but that's only if you can ever escape the create-account- sign-in-forgot-password-email-you-a-link-that-never-comes- loop. I don't mind creating an account, I order often enough. But it doesn't seem possible. Yes you can just call them to order, but the website should function and display all available options. We had a flyer in the kitchen drawer and my sister ordered a couple pies from here when she was visiting. They were the ordinary pepperoni versions and after having a slice I found the experience to be underwhelming. It wasn't terrible but I found the flavor to be missing something. The reheated slices pretty much tasted like balsa wood with Italian seasoning too. However, if you are trying to placate a horde of unruly children or starving teenager, these pies are suitable fare. The specials are also noteworthy. In my book, Marco's will find itself comfortably in the "take it or leave it" chapter. read more
