I place an online order for a stromboli through their website. I waited for about five minutes and the status of the order never moved from "sending order." I called to verify and they confirmed the order was received, while the website was still sending the order. I was disappointed to see the size of the stromboli for the price I paid. The price wasn't unreasonable but you can get more for your money at other places. I thought the bread was a little thick. The stromboli had great flavor. I was a little sketchy when I pulled up into the parking lot. But lo and behold, what a hidden gem!. Customer service was pretty decent. What I love the most about this experience was the pizza the toppings the meat everything was just spot on in flavor. I love how the crust is not too thick and the salad had so many toppings we had some leftover toppings and just bought more lettuce to make more salad at home for later . A small amount of the seating inside but takeout is definitely an option as well. I did notice lunch specials throughout the week which were pretty reasonable and although it is an old building, they have made some renovations, but it was decently clean. Located walking distance from City Hall in Ocoee, this restaurant is located in a shopping plaza. The staff are friendly and it's family owned. Small interior with limited seating, but the food is yummy. We ordered the New York New York, garlic knots, and Bianca pizza. Loved the garlic knots so much and everyone loved the New York New York pizza because it was with ricotta and pepperoni. I love the Bianca pizza since it was simple and I am a big fan of ricotta cheese. Highly recommend. We will definitely order from them again. read more

I have always liked the food here and gotten the Baked Ziti multiple times. This time the pasta was super mushy and the sauce was overly sweet. Didn't taste at all like it used to. One of the best gluten free pizza we already eat, the regular pizza was also very good. The Bianca and chicken Alfredo toppings for those pizzas are delicious. Alfredo pasta also very good. Wings ok. I do not give a 5 starts only because they couldn't stay with the same tomato sauce flavor, I return there to eat again the fresh tomato sauce, and the second time it wasn't the same taste unfortunately. Pizza flavor was there, but there could have been a little more sauce and the pizza couldve been less soggy and have a little more of a crunch. This spot is near my friend's home and we've had it over there a couple of times for both pizza and pasta dishes. Everything has been delicious each time! For pasta I've tried their chicken parm which was yummy and their lasagna. I like the flavor and consistency of their red sauce and the meals always taste fresh even through delivery. On our most recent order, a group of us got some pizza, wings, and garlic knots. We did one pizza with half pepperoni, and half pepperoni, mushroom, and black olives and another pizza with arugula, prosciutto, and olives. Both pies were tasty with a nice crust. The wings were a good size and tender and the knots were yummy as well. Overall, Bella Napoli is a solid Italian spot and I will definitely order from them again when I'm in the area! read more

What I want to know is why pizza around here has hardly any sauce. While this is not a go-to place, it is OK in a pinch. Our favorite pizza place recently closed down and the second best place is 20+ minutes away so we are looking for someplace new. I found the pizza crust to be a bit floppy and chewy and perhaps could have used some additional time on our part in reheating. The pepperoni topping was good quality. Considering where it is in relation to our location we may as well just travel a little further to our second fave location. I was craving good pizza and Bella Napoli was perfect! We ate in and ordered the supreme and watched the crust get hand tossed and the thin crispy crunch, yet soft bite was perfect. Wow!! Sauce was flavorful and not too salty. The toppings are quality toppings and carefully placed so you get a perfect bite. And they have soda in glass bottles as well as other offerings but for us a glass bottle soda is the best. This clean and cozy little spot has THE BEST FOOD and great service. The Stromboli had VERY little filling & was mostly dough. The garlic knots were dry & not fully cooked. I asked for extra well done chicken wings but they were not, just cooked normal. I had to air fry them when I got home. The Meatballs tasted ok but the sauce was bland & had VERY little cheese on them. The service was friendly, & the kitchen looked clean from what I could tell. This hidden gem deserves more recognition. Bella Napoli is a pizzeria place that we will choose as our cheat meal!!!! I've also found that it's prob the only pizzeria that we have consistently loved! The pepperoni pizza with garlic is always a hit!!!!!! We've had the margarita in the past, it was good, but not like the traditional margarita so we stick with pepperoni. I usually opt in for Bianca pizza. Again 9/10 for me. This time around, I added mushrooms, onions, black olives and jalapeños on my Bianca and OMMMG !! Never ordering it any other way. The Greek salad I ordered a while back was nothing special at all, and then yesterday I ordered an $8.00 Caesar salad along with our pizza. Kind of the worst Caesar I've ever received anywhere. It was romaine, parmesan, and croutons to be sure, but instead of Caesar dressing, the salad container included two clear plastic cups of...KETCHUP! I was like, what am I supposed to do with that? No Caesar dressing came with it. Just ketchup. And the croutons they they used were awful. Like someone ripped open one of those stuffing mix boxes and emptied it out on the salad. Ingredients were fresh and flavorful with appropriate amount of chew and grease to make me think I was getting a good NYC slice. The margherita pizza was good with fresh ingredients as well. My cousin just moved to this area and we were looking for a good pizza place. I saw this come up on Yelp and just gave it a shot. I ordered over the phone and it was a seamless process. I ordered a large pizza I can't remember what kind I ordered. I arrived at this location and knew once I saw the man behind the counter flip and spin the dough with his hands in the air. I knew this place was going to give me everything I needed and more. The pizza was delicious and my cousin was so happy she found a good pizza spot. The pizza was literally gone within minutes.
